In a stunning repeat of the unanimous Senate committee vote the House Human Services Committee hearing today voted unanimously to pass the bill to the House floor for a vote. The legislation would add seizure conditions to the list of qualifying medical conditions in the state’s medical cannabis program, and allow access for both adults and minors with this serious condition.
Rep. Lou Lang, is proposing an amendment to this bill that would allow parents of children with other qualifying medical conditions to ask the Department of Public Health to allow minors to have access.
