I tried brussels sprouts for the first time a month ago. Ever since I have been eating them weekly. For some reason all of my life people have been putting their nose up towards this great vegetable. With my realization that it is most likely that the people who have tried them and didn't like them, was due to poor cooking. Immediately after eating, them the first time, I was pondering how to infuse them with herb. With an extra sticky volcano bag lying around, it was time to experiment. Cut up the veggies and throw them the used bag with some coconut oil and olive oil Bake at 400 for 50 minutes. Careful not to eat too many. I woke up with blood shot eyes still in a haze.
