The logs are all a bit different but each is great. And since most are made by members here customer service is outstanding. If you're considering one check out the HI, Woodscent (my 2 favorites) the enano and underdog. There's a new square HI that's just being built.
I don't know about other logs or other desktops. My other desktops are not handheld so don't fit what you're looking for. But I love all the logs.
