I made a batch of gummies according to a BadKat recipe. After I popped them all out of the molds, I put them in a very small pyrex dish with sealed lid... along with some powdered sugar, and put them in the fridge. 20 mins later the gummies have "sweat" something out.. and now the powdered sugar and "bear sweat" have created a thick white syrup at the bottom of the container. What did I do wrong to cause this? What should I do with this current batch moving forward to help it? What should I do in the future to avoid this?
