That's not 7th Floor selling the unit. The middle section (starts with "1 SSV 120v or 220 volt unit") is copied from the SSV website. There's no reason for the company to sell a brand new unit for $100 less. $150 or best offer is a great deal if the seller's legit.

I think that's what looked odd to me the add seems like just someone selling an ssv but then all the copied text from the site it looks like your getting a new unit direct from 7th floor I guess it's just worded oddly.
