I own a vapcap and, inspired by the numerous DIY projects posted here , I set out to make my own induction heater.
It is very basic, but I'm already running into a problem!
Here is the thing:

The LED on the induction unit never lighted on (and of course no heating), and nothing seems to have burned (no smell, smoke or anything). The switch lights up fine.
Here is the battery I got :

The charger never managed to charge it past 12.4 V but I doubt this is the issue.
Do you think the induction unit is faulty, or have I missed something? (I'm bad at eletricity)
