DDave EQ Mods: Canadian Distributor or Retailer

I recently acquired an Extreme Q and am wondering if anybody knows of any retailers in Canada that sell the DDave adapter.

I wrote to Dave a week or so ago to enquire about this, but he's chosen to not respond.
