Looks kinda like the hydra press from bestvaluevacs.com
I have seen some good youtube videos on the one from bestvaluevacs but you could also save some dough by purchasing your own shop press and then purchasing the rosin caged plates kit seperately. For instance...my complete setup was $630. A harbor freight 20 ton H press for $150 including tax after a 20% off coupon. Lowtemp 3x5 caged plates with heaters and single controller for $479. You have to put the press together which consists of about a dozen bolts. It took me all of 10 minutes to put together. I have not pressed more than 5 grams at a time yet but it sounds like my sweet spot should be from 8grams to 20 grams. There are a couple 18 and 20 gram dflow videos on youtube using the 3x5 plates I have and the yield return looks great!

Thanks - the Hydra Pro does look similar, as does the price. Like the DIY option.
