Storz site selling crafty + for $223. And it includes a three year warranty (versus one previously)!Thank you! I needed to get one for a friend and that seems a decent price that might not get beaten this 4/20.
You may be right. I thought the warranties were crafty (1) Mighty (2) volcano (3) and the registration added a year to crafty and mighty.I think"previous" Crafty warranty was always 2 yrs and when the + arrived they added a 3rd year if you registered the device. And, all S&B products are currently on sale, 20% off, on S&B site!
I just registered (or rather, initiated the registration process) a new Mighty and I'm waiting to see if the warranty is for 3 yrs or 2.
does that really count for mighty ? so 3 years warranty total? Im wondering if any of you purchased crafty and got crafty + as rma replacement. You may be right. I thought the warranties were crafty (1) Mighty (2) volcano (3) and the registration added a year to crafty and mighty.
like which ones for example?Yeah unfortunately S&B vapes aged and can't compete the new similar price portables.
when does your battery problems started ?I have purchased one Crafty and one Mighty in the past three years. When the inevitable battery decline starts prematurely, I made SB warranty claims. I have received two Craftys and one Mighty through warranty. Storz has been good with this process but always been slow. You must pay return shipping and the warranty period doesn’t reset with your new warranty unit. As far as I can tell the replacement units are new.
Download a Bluetooth enabled web browser like WebBLE from the App Store. Then use that to go toSo, anyway to set temp using my iphone11?
Hit uo @JCat. I think he still sells the batteries pre soldered. So my Crafty only holds enough charge for one session, so I want to replace the battery, I'm guessing that buying the exact same battery would be best?
I've opened my Crafty to get the battery model (see image below), I'm pretty sure this one is the same battery, do you think that's right?
So...after 5 and a half happy years with the original crafty, the battery has finally packed in! Thanks Crafty... at the cost of around £2 per month, you've been great.Hi guys, just dropping in to show some Crafty love.
I've now had mine for 5 years, and had no issues thus far. I was quite concerned at the time of purchasing as there were quite a few reviews saying that they brake etc.
Tips to longevity and general use (IMO);
Don't charge the crafty immediately after use
Dont let it get too hot over a long period
Dump the vaped bud straight away after your session and give a quick blow or clean
Dont vape and charge at the same time
Accept that it has a shit battery life (my model anyway) and work around it, ie always have full charge before first session, and if practical carry a small portable charger.
Great bit of kit and does the job well. I only manage 2 big sessions from a full charge though, but I''m used to it now. It's also fun letting mates etc have a go on it when they see it!

Now to find a new vape! Easy suggestion would be Crafty+ but I'm also tempted for a change...
How's the Boundless CFX?

You're going to get a huge variety of answers on that. (most of which will be off-topic, so a new thread would be the way to go...)So...after 5 and a half happy years with the original crafty, the battery has finally packed in! Thanks Crafty... at the cost of around £2 per month, you've been great.

I have found the IQ2 to be a curious device. It is superbly manufactured with exquisite precision. Even the Miqro is impressive, IMHO. But nothing compares to the overpriced but incomparable S&B portables. Molded plastic parts and all - you tried the best so now you want to do the rest? Mark my words, you eventually have another Crafty+.
