Coughing Spasim

Hey guys, I pulled a muscle in the right side of my chest from a coughing spasim after a fat dab and was wondering if this has happened to anyone before in the past. Hurts when I cough...

Anyways... yeah, I've coughed so hard, I pulled a muscle. It usually is short-lived though. Couple/few days, it should be gone. Though, your cough reflex will want to kick in repeatedly, during the recovery.

Have you passed out from coughing yet? Anyhow, in 1979 I sneezed and blew out some "blebs" in my lung - collapsed lung.
I have gotten into coughing jags but not from vaping (except the Pax can make me cough). But there's certainly no reason one can't get injured from a coughing spasm. It's a bitch when it happens and is sort of per se out of control, which causes anxiety and concern to me at least. But these issues mainly left when I began to vape.

from a vapor induced coughing fit, but that's about the worst I've experienced.

I had such a coughing fit a few years back I burst a blood vessel in my eye everyone vape with care out there!

Never happened to me but my buddy said he's blown out a lung holding in smoke before.

Having had a collapsed lung "blown out", I'm guessing your friend is exaggerating just a touch ...

Severe coughing jags can cause momentary loss of consciousness, which is a trip when you're driving. I am so glad I don't use 1-hitters anymore....

I've had a collapsed lung. I don't think your buddy really has an idea, what "blown out" is, or feels like.
