Cleaning Glass

Ok I know there's been some threads about glass cleaning and all, however when I searched I was unable to find anything about my question. Ok so i've got a ehle glass bong and right around where the water level sits my glass is all cloudy and dirty looking. I've tried using iso and some salt and shaking it all around but it did nothing. So i'm looking for other ideas on how I can get it clean?
I guess my last option will be to get some brushes like the ones used in aquariums. I just hope I can find one that'll reach far enough.
I'd like to hear some idea's before I go spending money, even though i'm sure a brush isn't any more then 5 bucks lol.

the iso should work right away. try putting some hot tap water into the bong and warm it up, then pour the iso in and swish around for around 10 mins or so. the longer you do it the cleaner it will be.
