Can you customize boob size in the Sims 3?

I just bought it and am disappointed to find that there is no way to customize the sims boobs and ass. is there a way?

I think not because it's an american game, in my experience american games have no problem with vilence but as soon it's sex-related it's a big problem, same with cures(lots f bleeps in american shows, while in dutch shows if smeone curses it's often not bleeped away)
