hey guys thought i'd drop a msg from gold coast here

been vaping for about 4 years now - went from EQ bags to Solo

just started posting on this site because ive gained interest in vapebongs/bubblers

smoked for about 2 years before that but I always hated the taste, never been a cigarette smoker either so most of the chops were spin as I felt a bit like a sheep back when i was younger and alot of people use spin where i was.

sry if i dug up old thread, couldnt find any newer for 'intros for au'

Hey guys, thought i'd drop by and say i'm a vapor/bho enthusiast from sydney ^__^

Cool to see other people sharing the passion for vaporizing locally.
Be cool to have a 4/20 meetup one time haha.

Does anyone else go to the 4/20 protests around sydney?
or Nimbin Mardigrass? I was up there myself last year.

Hi
Another Sydney sider here.
Started having health concerns after 30 years of smoking .
Was I giving up the herb FUCK NO.
So the search started edibles to start with but found them to heavy ,not good for the career.
Then I discovered vapes. That was probably 2 years ago and I haven't looked back.
The only downside is VAS and Gas.
What shits me at the moment is the government censorship of the media. With all of the worldwide mmj reforms nothing comes through the oz media. How are the masses going to learn about the benefits of this wonderful plant if the government has the media in its pockets.

Someone's gonna need to slip an Arizer Solo into Rupert Murdoch's pocket while he's not looking....

Oh the worldwide mmj reforms definitely make it through in the Australian media, just not the way we would like. This following discussion has all the right information, but just went so wrong:

I don't think it went that badly.
The guy stood his ground and spoke his mind. The pin head on the panel didn't come off so well.
I would have liked to see more conversation after the clip.
At the end of the day the issue is starting to get attention.

The Internet, mostly. The mass, open, instant, anonymous communication it allows is the driving force behind this tipping point we seem to be hurtling towards. Hell, if states in the US, international home of anti-Cannabis dogma, can legalise, then that is one hell of a precedent. We just need out own slow politicians to finally notice that public opinion is shifting. These people essentially make their livings by jumping on bandwagons, remember.
