I just picked up the Boundless CFX but before I did, I opened a ticket with Boundless asking some questions. I never got an answer even after waiting 7 days and updating the ticket myself so it sends alerts in case my original ticket alert was missed. I also sent them an email via their contact form and have not gotten a reply yet. Does anyone know what is going on (if anything) at Boundless because I read nothing but great things about their support and timely responses.
