Recently i am interested in Solfeggio frequencies. Has anyone some knowledge about it?
These frequencies are supposed to be healing body and mind. I have been trying out several frequencies.
I like 432hz and 528hz the most i think. But i am still trying some stuff out.
I don't make this music myself but i just listen to it on youtube. Any thoughts on this subject are appreciated.
