Any Todd Snider fans here?

I have a hunch I'm not the only 'shithead' on this forum... ('True' Todd fans will understand )

I've seen him perform three times, twice with my son who is also a huge fan.

Anybody else here appreciate the guy?

LOL I liked his whole 2 songs I played when I worked in radio many moons ago.
Very talented and listenable, but I never followed him after that.

A friend of mine was at this show, at Grimey's in Nashville.

IMO his best album is _The Devil You Know_.

Risking hyperbole I'd rank him in the same general category as Dylan: he has a remarkable way with words, a good hand with the guitar, a wicked sense of irreverent humor and, while he's been down some hard roads, he did it with a friendly smirk in his wide open eyes.

And I suppose I should point out he is a notoriously herby dude.
