I roast my own coffee every 3 days... these containers allow you to push the air out of the jar by compressing the lid to the level of product, ejecting all air above it. Likewise you can leave the handle up allowing air to only escape if you are still curing.
Anyway I have the 32oz Green (smallest one) for my headystash. Sickness.
