ABV/Cooking question

Hey FC. Did a search but didn't find anything about this. (also i wasn't sure if this should go here or in the Ask section, mods please move if necessary) I know a lot of you like to cook with ABV. Gotcha. I know some of you like to revape your ABV. Gotcha. My question, is it possible to revape your ABV, save the remaining ABV and then cook with it at a later time? Is it useless doing such a thing assuming that the ABV has been thoroughly extracted of its goodies? Or would one just need to save that much more to get the desired potency w/ their cooking? Keep in mind I have never cooked ever and have just begun vaping.

A couple of weekends ago I discovered something called "firecrackers". It 's peanut butter or Nutella sandwich with ABV in it. Then microwaved for a minute and a half (I think).

So I tried a firecracker with .7 Grams ABV. My ABV is fairly green - barely browned.

.7 Grams didn't do much at all to me.

Next weekend I tried 1.2G. I starting feeling funny. I also drank a little. Then I got super tired and fell asleep (I knew already this is a bad idea).

I woke up tripping balls and basically unable to function or think, much like a bad trip. I felt bad because I was mentally retarded, and feared I would stay that way. I forced myself to go to sleep, although I would have had a hard time just getting out of bed, it was a living nightmare.

So I found out 1.2 will work for me, minus the drinking.

I would suggest you try small - since your ABV will be superused - maybe start with 1G firecracker.

When you get to know how much to use in a firecracker, then you can start "cooking" and know how much is a good amount!

:)

You will have much better results if you wrap your precooked firecracker in foil and bake it in the oven. 300 degrees f. for 30 minutes. The goodies are absorbed into the oil much better, making it much easier for your body to absorb. You will probably be able to go back to the .7 grams doing it this way (all depends on how much is left in your abv). On another, but related note.. I tend to make a jar of peanut butter/abv at a time which seems to get stronger as it sits in the refrigerator.. just taking out what i need, as i need it to make the firecrackers. I couldn't tell you by weight how much i use in a jar, but by trial and error it has become 7 heaping teaspoons per jar of natural peanut butter.

lookmomnohands,

I hope I can accurately answer your question in my seriously vaked state of mind; blue dream flowers w/ blackberry kush kief does the trick very nicely.

Since CBD vaporizes at a higher temperature than THC, vaping generally produces more of a THC high rather than a CBD stone, compared to smoking. However, this has a lot to do with the temperature your cannabis is being vaped at. Some people will vape at a lower temperature during the day and re-vape at a higher temperature at night to get more of the sedating effects of a higher CBD:THC ratio.

So, to answer your question, the amount of goodies left in the ABV, even after vaping twice, will be determined by the amount of heat applied and how many pulls were taken off the bowl.

I would say, give it a shot, but add a bit more ABV than you normally would. Just be aware the more times ABV is vaporized, or the higher a temperature it is vaporized at, the resulting product will have a higher CBD:THC ratio, resulting in a more stoned vs. high feeling in the edibles.

^^^BBK is great, and I think the BD is next on my get list.

I tried butter once, and it came out horrible. My fault, the trim I used was way too fresh. I also tried the ABV milkshake without the blender. Also horrible. I think I'll try some real (as in, made by someone who knows what they are doing) edibles before I attempt my hand at it. I have too much of a gag reflex for firecrackers and I'm a shitty cook without a grill.

i separate my Mzap abv from my Magickwand ABV.

I have a small container to keep my MZ abv in. there is generally some more goodies in it so I take it to real dark brown with my Magickwand. I then put that ABV in a container for cooking.

Itworks for me. I always separate my ABV. I cooked with the dark brown ABV with fine results. It did require more abv than previously though. But I got the most out of it so its ok.

an important note to remember is that everyones body is different. What works for some will not work for all. Youll need to experiment to find what works best for you.

Can anyone give me a baseline measurement to use if my ABV is already ground to a powder?
