I enjoy playing with electronics and after digging out my old mflb ,
I decided to come up with a much easier way of getting a good
10 amps of power instead of messing with AA batteries.
Plus nimh cells are quite dated and a pia to keep charging.
So I'll jump ahead and say that after trial and error , I built a 300 watt / .25 ohm
resistor that under a 10 amp load will drop a 1 cell
lipo of 4.20 volts to 1.6 volts. You should use a Lipo of at least 3000 mah
to get the best results.
Yes , you have to fabricate a dummy battery if your going to use the stock
set up or you can think out side the box and hard wire it with a momentary switch
like mine.
