So my SS Hopper has been in for repair since November 2019. In February 2020, they said it would be 60-90 more days. Today they are saying it will be a minimum of 120 more days. Odd how they can launch a new product but can not fix their existing product :rolleyes:

I ordered a Stempod SI on 11/27/19 and USPS is still showing that they are awaiting the package for shipping. Did anyone else order around this time and have the package go out yet? Just trying to figure out if USPS didn't scan the package or if it hasn't been dropped off at the post office yet.

I have had the same problem with multiple full batteries. I normally have to take the battery out and put it back in several times until the Miqro will actually turn on.

I am not too much of a concentrate person but I picked up a Terp Pen about a week ago to use on some concentrate I have had laying around for a while. The Terp Pen works really well. Good flavor. Smooth Vapor. Easy to carry. Overall a nice device at a great price.

The protector on my ice stem was stuck to the stem when I received it, as well. It tore when I tried getting it off so I just tossed one of my extras on it. None of my previous ones have never arrived stuck or gotten stuck.

I feel like mine has been inconsistent since it started having backend issues. Sometimes it extracts better than other times at the same temperature setting. I should be getting a new backend in the next couple weeks through my warranty claim.

The same thing is happening with mine now. It either won't turn on or it won't turn off if it somehow turns on. If I unscrew the backend a bit, sometimes it will work normally. I've also had an issue where it lights up red for a couple seconds without touching it while it is off.

Mine has what I assume is the serial number on the back of the mIQro towards the bottom. It's the number I used to register the device with Davinci.

I have had the Miqro since Thursday and have ran many many bowls through it using mostly the flat mouthpiece. Good vapor and flavor. The oven can hold quite a bit more than I was expecting but the pearl can really reduce the size. Cleaning has been pretty simple. No issues at all so far. Easy...

I was only told they were flat top batteries. Amazon does have flat top 18350s.

Davinci Customer Service told me earlier today that the batteries are flat top.

Davinci sent an email stating the release date is September 5, 2018.

My SS Hopper was in for RMA from November 2017 to May 2018 because it wasn't heating up like it was previously. When I got it back in May, it still didn't perform like it used to and now the red light flashes and goes on and off if there is a battery in the Hopper while the Hopper is off.
