I would like to be able to use a medicine dropper and simply refill a cartomizer/ tank with thc-juice. Is this possible? What is the MOST effective way of delivering a maximum medication ? I assumed I would try and dissolve wax in a warm pgvg base. School me FC!!! :)

Hey y'all, traveling in june and wondering if anyone has had experience finding & vaping wax or extract/concentrates at any particular shops? Anyone have a favorite shop for a particular reason? Seems like our west coast scene here is years ahead of the MJ scene in Amsterdam... Anyone?
