The European 220V plugs don't look like that, but the Australian 220V plugs do look like that, and Australia was included in the International versions of the Cloud & Cloud+. I seriously doubt if any Clouds were shipped to China, they'd probably execute you over there just for owning one! :argh...

Gotcha! I too misunderstood your initial comment, which is why I linked to my previous post. So yeah, two "power cycle" recipes, one set for the top of the hour, the other set for the half hour. So EVO will get cycled every half hour instead. Thanks!

Well yeah, I thought of that, pretty similar to the work around I came up with when IFTTT was "off line" a few weeks ago. The EVO would be off for a full minute with that work around which certainly is better than 5 minutes, just not the most elegant solution.

As soon as I receive my EVO I'll be opening my Cloud+ for a look inside. Considering a lot of the +'s have also failed I wouldn't be a bit surprised if I find the same method of power lead attachment to the ceramic heater as the original Clouds (perhaps with a better quality controlled spot weld).
