@hashterix: Taking it back to the old school! Scientific glass started out just like that, as scientific equipment.

But we want vapors Pappy! :p
Definitely a great pick-up, look forward to hearing your review of that distinct multi-chambered design.

Commissioned a custom piece recently and it sounds like it will be here sooner than later, it has a dry chamber and a worked joint, both of which I'm very excited for, will post up as soon as I have it.

Hope everyone's enjoying their glass. :D

Thanks for the secrecy Pappy

Got some pics in today of my new piece, can't say for sure when it will be in my hands but I think next week is a safe bet. Its one of the new Itza nano designs: a dry-to-11 arm piece. The dry chamber design (featured most famously it seems in SG's Pillar) reportedly adds/preserves quite a bit of taste. I can't wait to test (taste) it :ko:

Very nice pick up hal.......itza's worked joints are monsters, so damn beefy. I love the dry chamber for flavor.......dying to hit one, hopefully soon. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.

hal will have to confirm but I am pretty sure that is itza's own hand ground joint....its like 11-12mm thick.

Thanks everyone I'll be sure to snap some pics of my own when its here.

Yup this is a hand-ground joint and definitely super beefy, it looks twice as thick as the joints on any of my pieces now but its hard to tell from here lol. OC513, I saw Itza post somewhere about a 12mm hand-ground joint on another piece so I bet that's a good estimate.

Itza is definitely putting out some cool stuff now, there new 'mega arms' should be killer (and I already mentioned how nice their pillar was). I saw the nano's and couldn't help myself :p

Wow that thing is sweet hereatlast, I love the worked lip. I look forward to your review, I am curious if the dry chamber helps to condense the vapor and as you noted preserve the flavor.

Damn, that thing looks awesome, me thinks I need some new toys!
Chris Carlson has 2... That about says it all. Hoping it works with dry lower chamber without adaptor for VXC.

Nice round-up EonBlue! I know its so hard to tell, but which of those do you think provides the best taste? Do you have an overall favorite? I've realized that what piece of glass I reach for depends most on the particular strain and temperature being used. I've been fooling around with water levels a little to see how it affects taste and I'm not sure I can really detect the differences though I definitely have a preference. Nice vid, bet that was fun :p

Eon, thats a pretty sweet collection you have there.
Might want to use a shorter hose for vapor bonging so you don't have to pull as long.
Also using a darker background would help us see those clouds your inhaling. :brow:

Thanks! I have several different lengths of hose that I use I don't know why I was using that length :)

As far as taste...with my whip setup the taste doesn't vary between pieces too much, when I use my Vriptech wand I can notice a difference, the 15 arm tree setup works very well but the stemline is just an amazing perc, the flavor and smoothness of the hit is perfect for me. The piece i'm using is a 20" X 50mm, it is more ideal for combustion but still works well, Pappy's stemline in a bubbler config is in my opinion, perfect for vaporbonging the night away. :ko::ko:
