I don't recall who bought which design forth, and honestly at this point don't care. I do recall much debate over the two pieces. I never EVER liked this design, no disrespect intended to the designer. It just wasn't for me. I made damn sure to be careful when ordering to not mix it up. And I'd like to say the one he sent with the mouthpiece off the top gets splashback when clearing. I'm sure the one I actually ordered doesn't do that. My Damn EVO is all in my face thanks to the mouthpiece hovering over the tube. I've done enough trial and error with glass to know what not to buy at this point, and I'd have never bought this piece because it doesn't fit the vape I bought it for. I could tell that looking at it in pics from China, I didn't need to get it all the way here to figure that out!! ON top of that I ordered 2pieces at the same time. I got a tracking number and assumed both had been mailed at the same time. So i get the package not only is it the wrong piece, it's an incomplete order!! NO STRAIGHT FAB!!! As i'm complaining to him in an email, I get a tracking number for the straight fab. How did I not get informed it would be two separate orders over a week apart? I'm beyond pissed! So after contacting Steve he offered a 30-40% refund, which he never specified which. I told him that's not reasonable because ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! I don't want a partial refund i want what i ordered. He laughed it off literally with a "he he he",and recommended i keep the piece he sent since its in "high qualtity" and take a 30-40% refund. Then he informed me it was midnight in China and he had a very big customer coming to his shop tomorrow so he had to go. I'm honestly cool with his remedy since the piece i got does work, but to be honest I don't like this design its just ugly compared to the one i ordered. Overall at least Steve tried to somewhat remedy the problem. I would've sent it back but I'm afraid shipping would be more than i paid for the piece and shipping. Oh well

While o think it's nice that steven allowed fc members to choose from the 2 different style mouthpieces, I also think it's unacceptable for them to send the exact model you were trying to avoid. I had a problem when I made a change to an order over the phone with a head shop that was sending me a glass piece. I asked for a 18 to 18mm downstem and 18mm bowl instead of the standard 14 18mm downstem and 14mm bowl so that I could use this pice with my Evo without any adapters. So they sent me the standard downstem and bowl. I called them when I got it and he was very apologetic sicne it was his fault and he sent me the downstem and bowl I wanTed witbout even asking for the others Sent back. Now even thought these items were just the accessories they valued probably about 50 to 60 if bought seperately. So yea I would want a replacement for the actaul item you ordered and hopefully they will step up their shipping game lol

Was a couple towns away this afternoon running some errands and stopped into the local head shop. Lots of glass; I was impressed. As I worked my way around the counter the guy was unboxing Chinese bubblers, straight from dhgate I'm sure 'cause I recognized a lot of what he had from seeing it here. Didn't have prices for them yet, but from what he suggested, there will be around a x3 mark up (he was guessing around between 85 and 100 for D020 models. It will be a tough decision: go check it out directly, make sure it's a good piece and buy it then and there (no shipping / delivery worries) or save the $ and a) wait and b) be nervous about the condition of the piece once it arrives.

Just to chime in on returns on bad orders, I ordered some high quality expensive vitamins a week ago. My kids have been using them for years and I've always bought them directly from the manufacturer. This time I balked and bought them at a different site with free shipping which saved me $10. When they arrived it was obvious that the quality control was off; the capsules weren't sealed as completely as the are when buying directly from the manufacturer. So I called. Man, the customer service was as apolgetic as could be and two-dayed us a new batch at no charge. In fact, they offered to refund 50% of the original batch, which I declined. Don't want to steal from them. Just want what I ordered. That's how good businesses succeed. Not by hook or by crook…

I'm looking for a bubbler for my HerbalAire H2.2/Solo, something that uses a lot of water/diffusion because I don't want the taste... Anyone has suggestions? I already own the D020-D which is great and a double honeycomb but with the drag it's horrible :(

I'm looking for something between $20-50, if someone could suggest me something I'd be happy!

WTF why would they think it would be a great idea to paint their glass with some dirty ol chinese paint...that shit is wetahded.....I asked Steven why other stores have some of his pieces...He says for every 1000 pieces he makes....50 are rejected by either him or American buyers....He sells those off to the other stores, which you can usually find for about $10 less it seems...who knows how many are really rejected or what kinda quality control he does...so far no issues with me...make sure you guys tell him to step up the QC if he wants to keep his rep as best glass maker in china lol I'm sure he makes things right (i hope) but it sure does suck waiting 2 weeks for a piece and it be busted...Even USA sellers have a hard time shipping glass...its the gamble we take purchasing pieces from china...thats why I prefer to get a package every day =p
