Lengths are close og is 62mm and new is 59mm. But the length in between seems to be a bigger difference in length than overall.

I got my nano today
missing package was delivered to a whole another street so far and so differently named/spelled its absurd. And the kicker is that of the two packages i got from epicvape the one that didn't get lost has the top half of the address worn off and the one that got misplaced has a prestine label with nice clear bold address

! Believe me, you're not the first to be frustrated with EV - just ask @Mr. Gweilo 420 about his first Nano - he wanted to HATE it because he was so pissed at EV. But the nano's performance changed his mind - it was worth the hassle!I've heard of a few people who never got a tracking notification from the system when their package shipped. Maybe wait a few days and see if anything shows up?
I will admit EpicVape's customer service can be slow to respond. They eventually take care of everyone, but it sometimes takes a bit of nagging (through multiple channels, including a direct message to @ACE OF VAPE ) to get a response.
Keep in mind it's a small business with only two employees so far as I know, it can get a hard to keep track of everything, especially when you get slammed with a bunch of orders.
Filing a dispute 10 days after an order seems a bit harsh to me..... though I might feel the same way if I received no response after 10 days and multiple emails

Glad you got a response. I ordered a week ago and was wondering what was going on - emailed them about it and got the shipment notification about 5 minutes later. I think the timing was just a coincidence though - they were probably making more over the weekend.
Very eager to see how the E-Nano compares to my old Underdog which a friend bought.
I have a lot of concentrates again but my only dab tool is a kiss globe which I don't want to use for all of it.
I know we spoke about methods for nano and concentrates in the past and I mentioned my favorite way which is atop a bed of weed to soak into but does anyone have ideas for doing concentrates sans bed of weed?
I kind of would rather just melt a lot through the gong and buy a collector for it to drip into as opposed to melting it into cotton almost.

I tried 2 ways without any bed of flowers, the screens or ss wool method, I can't get lung buster hits like that but a very long session but when I put my concentrates in cotton I can get dab sized hits and kill my bowl in 3 or 4 hits (if you don't use too much cotton and oil).
I don't understand how do you want to use a nectar collector with your nano (except only for waterfiltration).....

Ive been using ss wool. Its a pain at first though. Great hits!! You figure it out along the way.

Can you taste the metal at all? I tried stuffing a GonG with some SS Screens and I could taste the screens taking a dry hit.
How is it a pain at first? Does it get better?

Looks like you created a nano/EV2 hybrid of sorts! To each his own and all, but IMO one of the best things about a log - nano in particular - is no need for a hose/tubing. Had enough of all that with the EQ!
Not that it's all glass airpath - but all glass and a short path from load to me. Better taste, less condensed waste and no tubes flopping around all over the place (or tainting flavor, needing to be cleaned or replaced, etc). And, never have a problem with easily holding a nano or the glass under it. Not really the case with EQ, DBV or other truly "desktop" unit.
I kinda like that set up that was posted. I might go for that with my fc187.
Depending on how a persons cape station is set up it could work out for the better. Instead of the nanos cord flopping around the nano could stay in one place (the stando would be dope for this)
Anyone know of a place to buy ready made cape safe tubing that fits the nano stem and gong?
I'm always coming up with ideas for this cape I just wish I had the tools to make the assecories.. I have a secret semi game changing plan I may be working.

I didn't hear about ss wool before but I imagine it might be like a Hercules in functionality having a lot of wax buildup in the coil.
For anyone with seemingly slow shipping, my black Friday order had been sitting at the label printing tracking point since the 6th. It magically appeared in my home town today without any tracking updates along the way.

Good silicone tubing can be found many places. I used to buy mine from US Plastics. They have a huge selection and much good stuff. After a couple orders I started getting it on Amazon. Not sure what size you would need to fit over a stem (or however you would be using it) but there are quite a few listed here.
Important thing is that you want high-temp food grade. Food grade (NSF 51) is what I have used with no problems. I've only used stuff rated stable at temps to 450 - 500 F. More supple/flexible works better for most applications. And, better/easier to buy it a little tight and stretch it on than get ID as wide as you are putting it on and having it loose & falling off. It stretches and squeezes very well (even better when warmed). So you could buy wide enough ID to stretch over the outside, or with right OD can stick it in a stem/GonG as it looks like @Onehithigman did with his DBV hose.
Can also purchase tubing from 7th Floor (Silver Surfer/DBV/etc) that comes in different colors. Friend who has one never really liked the stock and uses NSF 51 now. I never really liked the stock on it either (mostly because of stiffness). Stock tubing was never on my EQ. Was so nasty it went straight to the garage where it was used for other things.
More on tubing than you would ever want to know can be found in this thread Whip Tubing - All Your Questions Answered - but be careful with the links to products. I looked at one of my old posts and links to Amazon still work, but go to slightly different (and not high temp enough) products.
But again, for reasons listed above and a few more, I'm not only sticking with nano>glass>glass - am very happy that's the native setup! Though it can be cool looking to have a scientific tube in your rig, it was one of the biggest reasons I looked for something better than the EQ. Tubing can be a real PIA and gets dirty pretty quick. The dirtier it is, the more it seems to collect (vapor condensation and who knows what else!). Reclaim is a pain too, and really hard to safely clean it all the way.

I know I'm in the minority, but I really don't mind tubing. It adds length to your vapor distance, giving the vapor some time to cool off (nano's short stems can be harsh for me) and collects dirt that would otherwise make it down your throat.
I replace my 18" piece of tubing about every two months. A 10' piece of tubing will last me the entire year, not bad for $20. As for reclaim, I don't reclaim my water pipes so my tubing is no different, whatever is stuck in there goes down the drain. My wand collects enough reclaim.
I bought my last batch from Amazon. US Plastics wanted too much for shipping. My Amazon tubing stunk but eventually off gassed and are completely oder-less now. US plastics silicone never stunk. I recently tried some High Grade Tygon 3350, it was nice but not worth the difference in price unless you can afford it, IMO.
As for size, silicone is pretty stretchy so just about any size can be used. I prefer SSV's size of 3/8 ID X 1/2 OD X 1/16" Wall.
This is the smaller EQ size silicone stretched over the SSV wand, so it should fit a 14 or 18mm Nano GonG no problem.

Just draw on the hot wood with the wax bar like a crayon. I then rub the wax around with my hands. After a while of letting it soak in, I rub off excess and polish with an old cotton cloth.
The key is to get a bit melted onto the wood, and then buff it out - use a lint free cloth (old t-shirt works great!)
