hey guys
i received my order today from kathy, it took a week to get here. I havent noticed any imperfection so far, but she sent me a nail by mistake, instead of a bowl.
What purpose does the hanging vial serve underneath the mouthpiece? A reclaim type of device?
I just discovered the female to double female joint as a carb today. This place is a treasure trove of knowlege.

This piece doubles as an ashcatcher that you can connect to a bong, if you want to do that you need to detach that bottom piece

this is my first chinese glass purchase, and im really happy with it.

Damn that's wonky, I would be looking for my money back or a replacement. Interesting to see it was from sunshinestore, they usually have better quality pieces while kathy's are sometimes of lower quality. I was planning on sticking to sunshinestore because of this but starting to rethink for my next purchase, let us know if they refund you or send a replacement.

@Throwie I have stuff from sunshine, Kathy and a few others from dhgate. All good. If I have a problem with a piece it's replaced right away? If you want perfect buy from www.agualabs.com they have high end stuff that might fit your needs better!

I know some were saying their D020 from Kathy had a few flaws. I noticed she stocked the YQ-42 recently and I've been lurking here to see if anyone has picked it up and compared it with SS's version.

Yeah, oops! How are you supposed to get the nail to work with that? Not that the nail would last more than a week or two... Did you ask for a M-M adapter after you saw the problem?
Does anyone (that's you @ataxian master of k-clips) know if they make triple split claisens? The double is great for carbs, but with two vapes running, there's no easy way to carb anymore.

Yes they make a 3-way claisen, but I think I've only seen one supplier on ebay, and I don't know what size it was.
Actually that cap on the mouthpiece side isn't for reclaim (that's also what I thought initially). It's actually simply a cap to close off that side of the 2-way male end of that glass piece. Remove the mouthpiece and replace with a cap, voila - it's an ash-catcher.
The only thing I don't like about that piece is the lack of a wide base to provide stability

I agree with you a disc for the base would be sweet.
With my big water pipe this thing is a medicator!

I love this ash catcher even if it needs a base.
When I do my JHOOK setup I hold it anyway! The action is really nice.
It's really cheap for how well it functions!
@syrupy I refuse to do reclaim or ABV! I use the catch as a stop.

Got my WJC-MINI and I love it already! Not the thickest but thick enough. Nowhere near that extremely thin ac I got the other day. 8 slits in my inline and a much better 3xD Donut than I anticipated. The nail is crap, dome is short but a hoss, very thick! It is mainly just an oil rig, bc of how close your face would be to the vape. However, I took out my infamous' mouthpiece and wrapped a small rubberband around the joint and it fit snug in the WJC mouthpiece. It worked better than I expected. It also sits nicely with the double barrel. It has a similar height and base, although my double barrel is thicker especially at the base, but they each have the same style of base. At first I was worried bc I don't need another dedicated oil rig, but with the easy mod I think I will get more use out of this really cool looking piece! Now off to do a dab for 7/10! Stay vaked my friends!!!

HAPPY 710 FC! Got a few new glass pieces today, and soooooo freaking glad I got the quartz banger for $10. The ebay seller put it as a price mistake, so whoever got two was lucky...but I'm waiting for my 18/18 and 18/14 adapter to come and in the mean time I'm using a dome as an adapter lul...

Nice grab on the quartz banger. I'm pissed they raised the price. I didn't buy one in time to get the $10 deal. Oh well.
How do you like that rig in the middle? Do you have a link to it? I thought that was one Kathy sold but I can't find it :/

Dude that is so wicked! That give me an idea seeing the ashcatcher on the left tilting. If I could set up a claisen and ac like that to get two quartz nails hit side by side at the same time. One torch, two dabs!
