Soon everyone will be talking like ataxian.

:peace:

I've been doing it for a while, the pure enthusiasm in his posts are infectious!

@Thevaped1 IF you are concerned let the place you bought it from know. Maybe they will just swap it for a new one. If you are not worried I would not be worried personally! I would heat it up and hit it!

I don't have a BIG TEXAS BELT BUCKET or the budget for a $500 vaporizer! (LOL!)
So I bought a dirt cheap LSV for my water setups.
Monday or Tuesday I will be well medicated.
I say that however my SOLO is doing a good job as I write!
Water Path setups I have however between My PHVES and STOCK STEMS DRY I rarely break out water these days!

I bought the LSV for WATER WORLD!

I was going to get a CLOUD as well however I bought some other gadgets.

Attach a stainless steel small brush to a drill chuck and manually clean it.
Or just pull out the weapons:
Here's a cheap low income HARBOR FREIGHT UNIT!
Im going to have to suggest he does not use a dremel or anything like that on the bowl. The stainless is not that hard and that is way to rough IMO

hehe. Thats funny 'exit'. I have hit it and it taste gooood. :) The thing is when you spend that much on a unit you tend to notice the little things. Besides the little specks it is a working unit. I will prolly try to send it back just to be satisfied with my purchase.

That's all good but don't use it too much more if you want to exchange it for a shiny new one ;)

Welcome to Club Solo !!!

Plus there dirt cheap so if he f^cks it up just buy a another one.

These are vaporizers not diamonds!

$100 might be dirt cheap for someone but maybe not someone else; either way I wouldnt feel very good if I screwed up a brand new vape "dirt cheap" or not.

I agree with you!

The photo was not present when I commented.
Mine was super resin infected and black ugly.

Now that we have a photo to access the issue properly I would say send it back.
Defective stainless apparently?

I stand corrected!

My apologies!

My vaporizer came like this from the seller I got it from for some reason. Im actually the one who commented earlier about having an m1c1 solo that was heating up to level 7 kinda quick. (around 1min)
Plus it has the specks on the stainless steel bow. Its weird actually cuz it wont come off with nothing.
On the plus side I have contacted the ebay seller and he automatically requested to send it back for another unit or a refund. I just dont like waiting at all.

to 'caligula': I uploaded a new image a few posts after that. #20727

My Girlfriends was also one of the M1C1 that was heating unusually quickly but after around 10 test cycles it seemed to heat up at a more normal rate and we both decided that it wasnt a big enough of an issue to send back at the current time as it seems to work as expected when compared to my M1A1. Hers did not have the odd looking stainless bowl however. to @Thevaped1 I agree with what others have said and I might request a new one if my bowl looked like that

That is exactly what happened to mine when I first got it. When I first finished charging it, it went to level 7 in about 30 seconds. After a few more cycles is was going to level 7 from cold to go in about 1 min to 1 min 10 secs and thats were its at now. I also emailed arizer directly and they said that the faster heat up time was dew to recent "improvents" that were done on m1c1's but when asked what were the new improvements exactly I didnt get a reply so who knows.

hey guys anyone tried using a PSP power cord to charge their solo. It has the same tip and what not and has the same input specs, yet out put is 2000 mah instead of the solos generic charger which is a 1000 mah. could this possibly speed up charge time or should i stay away from this

i looked around and heard of people having problems in the past with playstation powercords

Since I happen to have a PSP 1000 charger right here next to me I checked for you. It puts out only 5V. The solo needs 12V to charge. So no it won't work. You wouldn't be able to USB charge the PSP if it needed 12V!

The playstation power adapters you're thinking of aren't for charging.

Is there an advantage to a smaller bowl, rather than just half filling the stock stem?
