Discontinued VRIPtech Heating Wand

I am getting a bit frustrated with my vhw

I got mine brand new

The silicone ring dried out cracked and became unusable after about 3

the heating element went out after 5 months

the ring they replaced for free but the one they gave me was a bit wider and slides up the wand and is useless

so i get one from my buddy who no longer is in need of his

and this one the heating element pulsed and would get VERY bright and way to hot

it even melted the silicone ring to the glass

so now i have 2 completely useless wands and not one of them is over 6 months old!!

WTF

when is the cloud gonna come out...

lepstadder contact mark at Vrip and send both of the wands back for repair. Should only be $30 per wand, but it is a PITA. It's not easy being one of the only all-glass airpath vapes out there. Good luck.

x-s - The wand is $160 and the bowl (it's a two-piece bowl so they give you an upper and a 18m GonG lower) for $60. Check their website yo...

Sent an email about my much delayed group order on 23rd and a follow up on 28th of June. :( Still no word. Turned quickly into a 2.5k order though, which is good. Hoping to hear from him soon because it's a little frustrating.

Hello fellow vrippers on FC. I have recently been handling all the customer service e-mails and apologize for my lack of professionalism in responding in a timely matter. To tell you the truth I got hit with a virus and just got my laptop up and running again. You can put the blame on me as I was not able to communicate the problem to Mark.

I decided to sign up on FC to try and resolve an problems you may have if for some reason I am unable to check e-mails.

I have been offline for a couple weeks and lost everything from the virus so please resend any e-mails you sent to vriptech so I can follow up with you.

As an update, we have made some changes to the glass cover making it more durable and will be releasing version 3.0 of the VHW containing a new element that virtually has no failure rate.

Thanks for all your patience and apologize again for my lag in responding to your e-mails.

When's the 3.0 going to be ready ShadowVape? Been holding out for it since Mark mentioned it last year..

Mark already has one that he is using and I should be getting mine to test out when he returns next week. I believe he is ready to let it roll out soon but not sure of the exact date. I'll keep you posted.

Still having some issues using outlook. Seems something funky is going on with our outgoing mail server. I will look into some more tonight with Mark and get back to you guys asap.

I will post pix when I get my hands on the VHW 3.0. Hope VapeXhale is treating you right StoneMonkey :)

Once again, I apologize for the delays in response but we are having e-mail issues at the moment and wished that we had a phone number to give out to you guys.

Vriptech offers a 90 day warranty on the VHW Heater and a 30 day warranty on all glass pieces.

If you are experiencing any problems with your wand or glass pieces and under warranty, please let us know and ship back Heaters and unused glass to

For VHW repairs, we can repair your wand which takes a little bit longer or send out a refurbished unit once we receive yours which is faster. Just let us know.

I will continue to post updates and other useful info.
