      does that offer still stand? Cause I'm in Germany and I didn't got the Vrip directly from you but from the german retailer verdampft nochmal.de.

        No worries bro we sort all of the customers if requests reasonable even those that bought through a retailer -- we support all Vrip product using customers.

        Negative the Valloon features an inside out type of designed VEI or "Valloon Extraction Intake" that sits on top of the Steinel HGs and has a venturi chamber to a bowl and an outer skirt for handling that doesn't get hot like the inner glass.
