We have approximately 10 replacement units going out monday and tuesday, will be covering all malfunctioning units of FC members.

are these 10 units that units that were first preorders and were broken before two weeks?cause that means it took you 20 days to replace 10 units that were almost DOA...

if my unit is in the tomorrow bacht and it takes 2 more weeks to come over to europethat means 20 days + 15 =more than a month to replace DOA units...really dissapointing...

As someone who had one of the first few units, I wouldn't say it took too long to get replaced. I'll be receiving mine probably late this week.

I wouldn't say mine was DOA either. It was working really well. The temperature senseor just stopped working mid session. This was after it was working for a week with daily use. Everyone that tried it enjoyed it as well.

As far as the temperature sensor issue, did these units have a bad connection initially or could it of somehow possibly broken?

Well this is nice. I cancelled my order from PV on Thursday because I was tired of waiting. I planned on ordering from Kush Paradise on Friday or over the weekend. However, the money still hasnt gone back into my account, and I dont have the income to spare to order before it's back in my account. I dont think this is PV's problem at all, more my banks, just really frustrating. I should've just waited the extra week and got the 10% off with a more trusted seller.

Just a warning for anyone ordering from ebay. The vendors paypal statement that will appear on your card has "KUSHPARADIS" paypal as the title. My package also had the words kush paradise handwritten on the label. After complaining to the vendor about the purchase statement title, I wasn't expecting kush paradise to be written on the box either.

My PayPal statement (and subsequent bank statement) said "Kush Paradise" also, although at the time of purchase I was less concerned about that and more concerned about the packaging.

Most online vape stores promise discreet shipping up front. The eBay seller did not advertise this on the auction, so I requested it from the seller. He shipped my package without any reference to the contents, and with no reference to "Kush Paradise" or "kush_land" anywhere.

While it may not be feasible for him to change the PayPal "kush" references for individual orders, if you ask him he will make sure your package does not say "kush" on it.

In the long run he may want to change his PayPal references too...

After using this the past 4 weeks, I noticed there was a smell from the plant material stuck under the screen, so I took the capsule out and went through 2 cycles on 9 with the capsule out. Very less noticeable smell now, even when I hold it up to my nose I only get the faintest smell.

If you have to take it out to a busy place, i'd recommend doing a burn cycle if you haven't cleaned it in awhile.

Did you actually suck in the vapor when you were burning it or what?

Could anyone who owns both an Inhalater and a log style vape tell me how they compare as far as efficiency? Thanks :peace:

I would love to hear the response to this too. As an Underdog user, I'm scared to try anything else, after wasting money on the PAX. The PAX worked, but it used SOOOO much herb.

EDIT: I went through and read the entire thread. You guys definitely convinced me, through all the discussion. I went ahead and ordered through The Other Side, that way I don't have to deal with sending it back to Canada, for warranty. Sadly, it means I'm going to have to wait longer, but I'm sure it's going to be worth it.

I hear you about the PAX, it just didn't get much use because I don't have enough herb to feed it for one session. Let me know what you think about the XP,it's had my eye for a while too.

Hi..
is there write up on how to calibrate the temp gauge..?

Someone twisted the gauge the wrong way, and it won't click off. The "cursor" and scale are no longer aligned

Any help appreciated

Theres a socket for a small Allen key on the bottom. While holding the knob u can make adjustments w a wrench, but it's confusing. And I'm sure there's risk to damaging internal components

So other than having the inh xp in stock and being able to ship now, everything else is true?

100% true. I just received a few yesterday that will be going out to my customers with older versions needing replacements. I have another shipment arriving on Friday, and ALL BUT TWO of these units have been spoken for at this time. I'll be receiving another shipment the following week. Supply is slowly becoming more regular on the XP. Slowly but surely!

Sincerely,
Taylor Shomaker

I own one of the very first XP shipped from PV with four holes and all...

I remember some posters having problem with a loose dial knob in the INH004 thread and they just had to tighten the screw to fix the problem. I just can't remove the cap with the temp dial sticker to access that said screw. I'm trying hard but it just won't pop out. I know it can be removed,as shown in the manual for changing the battery...

If this is the version of the knob that I'm thinking of, I would avoid tampering with it. It's a pain to get the knob off for changing the battery and if you're inexperienced in doing so, you seriously risk damaging the unit. If you want any adjustments made like this, just contact Inhalater. I would think they'd be happy to help on this.

Sincerely,
Taylor

Hey just ordered my XP...again. Should I get any extra capsules or anything, or is the 2 that come with it enough for a while? Tell me anything else I should of ordered with it, if there is anything.

I bought an extra capsule myself, I figure i'll have it at least a few years, and while the capsules aren't fragile, I do see them wearing down eventually.

That being said, Pharmacor did say they are trying to reduce the cost of capsules in the future.

Also, did order from Taylor or PV?

That statement made me so happy :D I placed my order yesterday, I guess that means I'll have mine next week!

Is there a way to modify my order to add more capsules? Or do I have to make a separate order?

togepi258,
Ordered from KP and was told it will be shipped on Friday due to the return. I'm having trouble figuring out the user replaceable battery.. I have multiple 18650 batteries. Do I need a knife to swap out batteries each time? Figured having a Cera and Inhalater using the same batteries would be a sweet idea.
