I've recently seen a couple packages subcontracted from a carrier to the postal service. I don't know if this is done the other way around. Either way it raises questions re accountability.
The Cloud's glass airway is a hollow tube, with 2 orifices fused inside which look like glass washers with a ~1/4" center hole (you can see one from each end). The heater and electronics are entirely outside the tube. Small dry debris that gets in is likely to be sucked up/dropped down the tube, larger dry debris might get lodged at an orifice. Unless foreign material is wet, sticky, melts, etc. it's unlikely it would adhere to the glass. Resin does accumulate inside the tube just below the joint; I clean that with iso/qtip. For the bottom glass section I expect that just keeping it clear with air will be sufficient, or maybe an occasional gentle wipe out with a soft paper towel. The middle section between the two orifices is not readily accessible.

As for the GONG joint and the ELB. You could use your finger nails, or a credit card. It is normal for the new ELBs to be difficult to insert/remove, however they will become 'trained' over a short period of time. Some members suggest using a 18.8mm slide to train the ELBs, while others just use the cloud. As long as your careful, you shouldn't risk the gong joint when inserting/removing the ELB.
As others have suggested, I would visit the Epic Vape website, and pick up an EPik, (an accessory for the Epic Vape that works amazingly well to remove ELBs from the cloud, also doubles as a 'pokey/stir' tool, and tripples as a 'mini herb shredder.'

If you are determined to use the Cloud to train your ELBs against better reasoning, I found this helps. First, don't put the top on the screen. Insert the bottom up to the point it sticks, then remove it. If you can get it pretty far in on the first try, you can probably make the rest of the way by carefully inserting it up to the sticking point and removing it several times. DON'T FORCE IT. Each time you insert the screen it trains it a little bit more; be patient. You'll be using it soon enough...

I only used this method because the valerian root particles inside my cloud were affecting the taste of my hits. Just using a q-tip should be fine for regular maintenance but the iso soak might be good to do maybe once every couple months or something to get the inner tube back to "brand new" condition and to get rid of any residual odor that always tends to build up in vapes.
Just make sure you the cloud is completely cool when you start, and be careful when pouring the isopropyl in. Also make sure the cloud is completely dry before you turn it back on afterwards!

I'll certainly let you know this week. 6 ELBs on the way. I plan to "train them rapidly" in whatever method doesn't put my cloud at risk. I'll chuck them in my 18mm bubbler and get a little rough with at least one of them.

high everybody?! Just wondering if you could use like a 1/2 inch hose clamp around the elb then tighten the sucker up to "train" it. Should keep it fairly round and wont break any glass! Just an idea, peace people,stay steamy!

I don't have other pieces to train the ELBs in. I was able to get it out with my finger nail. I'll use it again later, and leave the ELB in there like the instruction sheet says.

I tried it a few weeks ago. the clamp didnt make a perfect circle. kinda started pinching it. fail.
Patiently awaiting new old elbs! They should be expecting them any day now from what I gather.
After a few weeks my everyday elb is still not trained. I can safely get it in about 70%, but more than that its too tight for my sanity

My e-mail has just arrived (1.5 hours ago). It is 4 am here and I've woken up. I got a Well for me it doesn't mean anything right now. I preordered not very long ago - May 2012. These invites go light-speed now it seems. It was few days ago when they were inviting March and not so long ago when it was 2011. I just checked, and you seem to be correct. You can click on the notify me link however, and get an email notification when the HC is available. For the non evolver HT's, there will be a bit of a wait. I can't recall why, but SM or someone from VXL posted about it not too long back.

Vapexhale showerdomes haven't been in stock for quite some time. But now Evolver HydraCirc is in stock, you can get it. So is the tree, although it is label soldout. These "in stock" and "soldout" labels on pics seem to be off-date a lot. Maybe they've sent the email just hours before they filled their inventory so all receivers could get ready.

Hey guys I ordered on sat and this morning I recieved 8 emails from vapexhale saying this "Hello Marvin Carthon, Your Tracking Id is: AND Serial Number is: ". That's it all 8 emails. There is no tracking number or serial number. I recieved all the emails from 8:32am to 8:35am? Pretty weird, anyone else experience this? Should I contact them or just wait a little see if it gets sorted out?
