I initially used Grunge-Off as suggested in the VXL vid. Upon recommendations here, I bought some Simple Green regular concentrate along with a couple of corks. Occasionally using ~1:10 dilution and letting the solution sit for a few hours has kept my HT sparkling clean. The water here is pretty typical middle-of-the-road hardness. If I had hard water spots though, I would probably try the Grunge-Off again (since I already have it) or just a white vinegar solution.

What kind of corks are you using OBG? I have tried to find some that fit but have had no such luck.

The local ACE Hardware store has a surprisingly good inventory of hardware including corks of various sizes. For the HT's bottom joint ~3/4" fits, and for the top ~7/8". These corks are very basic (and cheap), so they need to be pushed in tight to get a good seal, but work just fine.

Had to post regarding my first experience with the Cloud.

I've been using the Volcano for 8 years and love it. As everyone knows the Vape market has exploded. Myself and friends have been perusing the fuckcombusion website for years now enthusiatically reading about new vapes and new theories!

My friend has been lucky enough to get his hands on a VapeXhale Cloud all the way from West coast USA.

It cost him a fortune as he had to set up PO Box and all manner of other shit. They are not getting exported to Europe yet pending patents etc!

Anyway....................

Last night was my first introduction to the Cloud. I was v suprised indeed.

We loaded the little thimble with some pollen from a space pollinator and some good chronic.

After the cloud had heated up I took 3 long draws over the course of 3 minutes. The super light vapor was cool and the Cloud made a satisfying bubbling!

After my 3rd draw I went to sit down and realised the effects had arrived! Over the next 10 minutes I became absolutely sabotaged! It felt like I had THC poisoning. My hands were shaking slightly and I perceived the light in the room flying towards me in stroboscopic waves!

I glanced over at my friend and he looked like he had been slapped in the face with a 20lb Salmon!

It was truly psychedelic! Socialising was difficult and upon closing the eyes I was immediately transported off into lucid dreams!

The high peaked and plateau'd for what seemed like 4-5 hours! I was very surprised and taken off guard!

I had visited my friend to chat and catch up after a long time away but chatting was very hard work.

At 1am, I got on my bicycle and cycled 10 mins to my house in 30 mph winds and driving freezing rain, it was a horrible night. Upon arriving home after the maelstrom I locked my bike and when I put my keys in my front door I realised the high had not diminished even slightly!

I must say, I am totally in awe of this device and I take my hat off to its Californian inventors. In my opinion this is the Vape to beat all other vapes!

I will continue using my volc until they get a Euro release but I can't wait!

I've been using the Cloud pretty frequently recently, I absolutely love it. I am very happy with this unit. It runs MUCH cooler than my previous one. It is able to achieve some of the lightest, bright green ABV I have ever had. Visible vapor is pretty minimal with the heat-setting below 9'oclock (30%). I REALLY enjoy it, it is able to give me such huge dose of all the low temp goodies.

The dial on the cloud covers a HUGE heat range (or at least my unit does).

I packed a 3/4 bowl of some dank and hit it at about 3'oclock (75%) and I was SO baked it was really the first time in a LONG time that I was having an uncomfortable/undesireable time, just short of a bad trip.

After I had sobered up in about an hour, I proceeded to have two more full ELB's at the lowest setting- and I felt fine, very energetic and uplifting.

A note on the HT: I really love the Hydratube. It is such a neat idea, and it functions perfectly. It mates very well with the cloud and makes a great one handed unit. After I first got the Cloud I was thinking I would start collecting glass, which I still think I will, however I think I am just going to collect hydratubes, they're too fun. I am looking forward to the new tubes coming out.

CLR is designed to deal with mineral stains and deposits. If that didn't work you could step it up to Acid Magic as a last resort.

Please Note: Acid magic is a serious chemical and should not be used by fools.




This is a good demonstration of what this chemical can achieve when used by someone with proper knowledge. You will win this bet every single time, if you don't believe the egg is raw he pops it at 4:00 in the demo, the acid actually "cooks" the egg white right underneath the shell it dissolves.

I don't know much about CLR or others, but I'd have some pause using something meant to wash deposits off shower tiling in glass that I breath out of. I'd make sure to give it a good clean after using something like that if only for peace of mind.

You must be smarter than the container the chemical comes in if you want to use it safely. :) If you pollute it, dilute it.
