Hey all, I switched to vaping a few months ago and it was 1 of the best decisions I've ever made. I started saving the remains from early on and now have quite a bit. So my question is what's the best play here?

My friend says that a decent amount of THC is still in there usually and you can make some nice hash, is this possible, bc I love hash ?

Also I probs should mention that I don't vape that high, always at like 1PM on the SSV dial.

another option is baked goods people complain about the taste in baked goods, so that's up to you.

Already Vaped Bud = AVB

I get it wrong all the time myself

Your friend was very wise to tell you that.
I just grind mine up really fine, mix about 6 grams or so with two tea spoons of peanut butter, smear it on a hot piece of toast and voila

6 grams might be a bit much if you don't vape it to thoroughly though, two grams may be better to start out with.

I ISO wash my leftovers and use that for edibles. I don't worry about purity, since i'm just going to end up eating it.

I've never liked either acronym- it's acronym for an acronyms sakes And simply stating what it is (vaped bud) doesn't employ the full descriptive glory of the English language as well as it could.

I like proper words- what was wrong with 'duff'? Or even 'vape poo'?

I quite like 'duff'- it's like the sound I make when I blow to clear my wands/stems

But FC is too old to change now. And we love our acronyms too much!

Ha, I always thought it was ABV for "Already Been Vaped," and I'm gonna keep thinking of it that way.

I got it stuck in my head as AVB (already vaped bud) so thats what i use...

I got some Already Been Vaped(ABV) ready for an iso wash

I got some Already Vaped Bud(AVB) ready for an iso wash

.. it just works/sounds better for me.

when you talk you don't say the abbreviation? i literally say "a.b.v." when I say it out loud. I explain if the person is a new.

I knew it first as already vaped bud, but often mistyped it as ABV
as abreviation said aloud I think ABV sounds better

I use both since both will be understood(on this forum at least)

Already Been Vaped, ABV is a variation of Already Been Chewed, ABC as in gum. It's easier to say ABV I think because it's easier to pronounce a V after a B than after an A, for me anyway. I'm all vaked and just repeated ABV and AVB and I like saying ABV way better. I usually say ABV weed.

Oh man I've got a nice collection of ABV building up in a jar at home... definitely going to make some edibles when I have a sizable amount. Glad someone got me hip to the idea, I used to just toss it back in the day and didn't even know I was wasting some potential medication.

Don't you mean AVB?

To the OP: I don't think anyone mentioned that the relation of the SSV's knob and temperature differ per unit. So color and smell of the AVB is probably the best indication of how spent it is, though it's all relative. I've had a SSV that would combust at 1:00!

you can make hash, but not good hash. I've never personally made it, but I've seen a friends results. He did a qwiso wash w/ a decent amount of abv. the shit that came out was black and smelly; pretty similar to pipe resin. tasted like shit but it did get you high. my recommendation is to hash it out and then make tincture/edibles.
