Hey @Verax no worries, he probably just closed the list so he could focus on making them. I asked Marc about the list and the only benefit for being on the list is that those folks will have the first opportunity to buy before everyone else and before they are sold from his site. So even if you aren’t “on the list”, you’ll definitely get your hands on one, just maybe a few weeks later. After talking with other boutique vape makers, it seems there are always people on a preorder list that don’t order/reply when their number is called, so you’ll be able to get a fw6 sooner than later!

Thanks for the reply. No stress on my side. I’m sure things are busy trying to get everything buttoned up. I’m just happy that we have so many awesome craftsmen/women who are bringing such amazing work to our community! :)

After getting an email back from Marc yesterday, he asked me about being put on the list. I held back not sure what the design would be like. Now I know and I think I'm getting one!

Um yeah, @Vape4life20 ... the thing is you need to have fifty posts in this thread before you can get added the FW6 list. Oh and also, you gotta know the secret firewood handshake...and you must also be a vegan, unless you already are vegan, in which case you’ll need to start eating bacon cheeseburgers. For breakfast.

But anyway, welcome to FC! You read all the rules before joining, right? The fine print too? I’m sure you did, it’s just that some new members, in the past, have glossed over the whole gender reassignment clause. :peace:

I'm disappointed that I was added to the list in early July and am apparently outside the inaugural window.

AFAIK no one on the mailing list has gotten an email. One member here got an update from Marc via one on one correspondence.

Many of us have been so happy with Marc's wood that we don't mind standing in line to get more. Happy to be here with the rest of you wood lovers! Can't wait to show off my new wood, when it gets here.....(middle age reference.)
