@DEZISDAD cool display for your glass stems. How do you like those ones with the built in MP?

Is the FB group an invitation (closed) group? The links dont work?
https://www.facebook.com/groups/232305447428041/

I receive my Aristocrat Stem from GWNV (sneaky Pete) today,
The glass is thick and seems to be of good quality but I can’t use it because my tips don’t hold in place. I don’t know if I receive a defective unit, but I can’t use it like this, as soon as I turn the stem, the tip falls... even with new o ring...

I contact gwnv by email to know if its defective , he usually has a good customer service.

I had that problem. get hold of Pete, they're good about replacing items.

Why is it hard to make a mouthpiece out of steel? It would be difficult to mount a magnet, round or otherwise, on the VC. Steel is not hazardous. Doesn't taste bad. Won't rust in the mouth. Doesn't need to be directional magnetically. Just resting the mp on the bell rings it. Magnetic connection would make it work every time. I'm willing to pay for it. If you need stock to make it I well send a 1/4 inch rod. Doc

Just another "Person Of Interest"
I still haven't been able to post a picture, tried several times but I can't figure it out. I don't do Fakebook either, oh well. I enjoy everyone else's photos anyway, keep them coming. :leaf:

I gave up anything Facebook related about four years ago, now. LOL

First, post em to

(It literally took me under 1 minute to set up a free account)

Upload some badass pics to make us all jealous and spend more money. :p

If you want to share that picture immediately after uploading it, just scroll down and you'll see "Direct Link".

Otherwise if you've already uploaded it and are going into the folder to share it, click the share button on the preview.

under share, copy "Direct Link".

Paste that into your cleverly crafted, witty comment, and when you are finished press post reply.

Sit back and heat up a big fat capful, while you admire your artsy-fartsy and watch the record-breaking number of likes flood in! :D

(Just understand that the cooler the pics you share, the more responsible you are for contributing to the rest of our VAS.) LOL

Happy Vaping!

I make mouthpieces out of wood or acetal. Im not set up for metal. You could glue a magnet with a hole onto a wood mouth But I dont understand your desire to use a mouthpiece. A mouthpiece connects to a condenser via rubber rings. It would seem to me that the rings would act like a vibration damper, if your desire is to transmit the click all the way to the other end Does your heating setup require you to have a spinning mouthpiece? Why wouldnt a one piece wood stem with a mag glued on the mouth end, not work

Sorry its a massive linke but they spot on for what you want. They should fit inside the stem . Condenser should fit inside them and then keep it in with an X-ring. Should be powerfull enought to attach to something.

  • Outer Diameter: 8 mm (0.31")
  • inner Diameter: 4.5 mm (0.17")
  • Thickness: 3.5 mm (0.13")

Holy giant block of hyperlink, Batman!!

Here, my friend. You are welcome: https://bitly.com

And here is a shortened link to what you originally posted: https://bit.ly/2JvZo1P

Also, you could just do this with the hyperlink button up above in the post editor menu. It's the button that looks like a chain-link.

Do glass aristocrat stems have a built in condenser? Can't tell if internally there is a channel or is it just a hollow glass tube?

Also Simrells vortex any more thoughts on the intercooler, from an omni xl where I set it and forget it with adjustable condenser, do you have to use the airport like an M? Does intercooler give richer hits or are they just cooler? It's either a simrell vortex or I hold out for a new Omni model to be released.

I can imagine someone creating a cooling spiral we can just plug into our existing dynavap one day.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with a magnetic mp ?

I built an apparatus that rolls a VC in a torch flame. I have tinnitus can't hear or feel the click. A magnet on a small cow bell would hold the VC against the bell to ring on click.
I feel like a defense lawyer, trying to justify a thought in my head. If I push the bell against the mp it rings the bell. Another added benefit the VC can be stood on the mouthpiece end. Maybe this is a solution to a problem for some of us. Maybe nobody gives a crap. They want colors , how about a plaid one, or gingham. How bout one with a built in tin whistle. Then you could have music with your flowers. Doc

Slightly confused.

Is what you term “Aristacrat” the Omni pictured?.
The “Aristocrat” is Sneaky Pete’s name for the glass stem with the shaped mouthpiece. USPS says they delivered one to me yesterday. My mailbox says different...

@Dynalowrider, not trying to prosecute you or your idea. Just tested some things out and shared my results. I hope you find a way to make it work for you so the dynajoy can increase.

So putting a magent inside your stem will not help ?

I haven't seen an aristocrat in person but I assume it's just a hollow tube like other glass stems.

IMHO the simrell vortex and the DV airport are both carbs. Yeah, they change the internal air fluid dynamics, yadda, yadda, yadda, do does a carb. The Omni actually uses technology to adjust the airflow, it's not just another hole in the side of the stem. I'm holding out to see what the next gen Omni looks like.

And for the record, I have no personal experience with the simrell vortex nor the omni. Just my opinion based everything I've read.

Hats off to ya, String! Hope USPS delivers.

Aside from the swagger factor, what’s the attraction.

Good thing I have normal hands?
It’s shallow I know, but I really liked the blue (which Pete calls “ocean”—I would’ve gone with “cobalt”). Also I got all these marbles...

EDIT: it came today. I like the mouthpiece shape a lot. The stem’s a tube that steps down in internal diameter from 8mm at the open end to around 4mm in the mouthpiece. Fits a dozen marbles. Haven’t hit it yet, project for this afternoon

The aristocrat stem is a hollow tube without a carb. It is 3 1/2" long and 1/2" across. I got the orange one which doesn't look dirty even when it is. I really like it, one of these days I will post a picture.

Post your link, maybe can get a picture of your picture....
