@Helios Been working on a new album. New videos coming in a month or two. The linked video made the album under the title "Sunday Morning".
This is one that made the album as one of three solo tunes. I'm sure I used a vapcap before I recorded this video and in the studio.

Nice photos. Mine came too and I did the cleanup (warning sticker this time, good idea) and then did a few caps. Clearly I have gotten used to longer VCs, so there will be some XLating happening in its future for sure. Blackwood MP would be nice and will probably suffice as I think it will be a while before we see a black metal one (tho I'm sure we will see it sometime). While I really didn't need another metal VC, I was unable to skip it. And I'm glad I didn't. It WILL get more use as an XL I think...Shadow Mdelivered today.
Admired it, cleaned it, swapped out the grey X rings and O rings to black ones, then changed it into a Black Wood Shadow M XLS.
Was kind of bummed that the black was not fully coated on the tip or top of the cap.
Here's a family photo, youngest to oldest starting from the right.
I'm going to sell the Damascus Omni XL in the photo. What price do you think i can get for such a rare unicorn?I tried it when i first received it, but the smell of the Damascus metal bothered me.

This is what I meant a few pages back, by inserting the vapcap tip into the Moroccan kief pipe. I hope the picture is uploaded.
I struggled a bit to find the ones that would fit well into the tip. I use one bodied pipes with the end with the metal ring, the vapcap tip goes directly into that end. Those pieces cost 1-2 euros each.
Downside is that there is no condenser. There is no carb hole either, which I personally like specially with the longer one.
And my little toys for grownups.

IMO the Vapcap maybe could work not so well and the risk of combustion is high , but it will work ! With batterie vapes you are not sure 100 % , never . Kilometers from home I had incredible number of issues on batterie devices , none with my Omnivape . For example a great wave in Croatia (also my camera gone ...) , another year simple issue , the vape couldn't heat anymore and your holydays are fucked. So I decided : when I stay away from home for long time I take always my Omnivape with . If I can I take also others ok
, but if I have to choose one , that's the one.

I think you have missed an aspect of this perhaps- preference for the Ti tip has nothing to do with bling or vanity although these themes are very present in the vapcap world, it is more a question of function and results. The Ti tip is generally regarded as superior and provides a better, smoother and tastier experience on the whole for most people.
With some thermal differences too, the SS tip taking longer to heat but holding heat for slightly longer too and vice versa with the titanium tip.
So to upgrade to a Ti tip does actually make sense, in the same way that we mod any vape or setup we could end up actually preferring it.
Maybe a Ti tip in your future one day? Wishing you an excellent Sunday for now bro, enjoy that M.

Is it the shadow cap already burnt like that?? Or may be an old one. The black cap is so nice that I wouldn't like to spoil the looks of it. I know I may sound stupid, as it is made to function not to be kept beautiful. Although I think will keep mine away from torches or IH.

This is my first/only DV, so yeah, it's the Shadow cap. It does clean up better than this pic shows.

No EU source that I am aware of. But: I am also from the EU and ordered there without any hassle. Shipment was very quick and (because of the low price) it will probably not get stuck at Customs. At least it came through without issues for me. Where are you located, if I may ask? I have a spare DDave water wand here that I do not necessarily need. Maybe we can work something out? But it has a 14mm joint, not 18mm...

Is there any significant difference between the SS and wooden mps? Just a lip feel thing? I like the idea of the spinning mp and turning my Shadow into an XL.
Of course that means I'll have to get an XL Dynastash to carry it around in.
I also remember someone saying that they preferred the SS tip in the winter for the better heat retention and the Ti tip otherwise. That's the justification I'll use next spring when I order a Ti tip anyway.
I haven't even received my VC yet and I'm already thinking about my lego options.

How they look and feel is really all that is different. Some prefer metal or wood on their lips, so that may be a reason to go with one or the other. Some also think that it's easier to spin the metal ones, but that depends more on the placement of the x-ring in front of it.
I can't answer about the tips and cold as if I am in weather I always try to at least get out of the wind if not sit in a car. If I know ahead of time I will be unavoidably in weather I tend to bring something battery operated that I keep close to my body until needed.
