The capsules still left mine with goo i cannot get off a swab is not going to shift this circle.around the top of my chamber. I got all of it immaculate but where ceramic meets the shiny metal a black ring persists.

Its like black oil now into a hard resin. What would shift that salt and iso? Or maybe a burn off with a metal scrape? If i get it off i will let you know whats best.

Can someone point me to instructions on opening my mighty? I'd like to change the batteries and I'm afraid I'm going to break the case trying to get it apart. Thanks. :)
I've never opened mine, but what I've seen somewhere, there are two screws underneath the label and on top there is a fit between the two covers (slips to release the two parts) Caution because there have been those who have already damaged the mighty here

hey there,
after several vapes I`m finally arrived at the mighty, and i`m very happy about it.

on the go, or for nights out, i`ve purchased this powerbank:

https://www.amazon.de/XTPower-XT-20...8&qid=1531992419&sr=8-2&keywords=xt+powerbank
you can choose between different volt's. the mighty needs 12v right? what happens if it`s exposed for a short while to higher voltage? is the unit in some way protected?

on reddit i`ve red something on the topic of overcharging the mighty with too much charging power.
how much watt can the mighty handle safely?

and what are your thoughts about the powerbank in general?

it`s a bunch of questions, i hope i`m in the right place to find answers:)

something that makes me suspicios, is the fact, that even if the mighty shows full power, the powerbank keeps loosing %- and the vape is also making that high frequency noise, that u only hear when you are close enough to the device.. any thoughts?
are the mighty batteries somehow protected from overcharging?

Sometimes to stupid to become a fool
yes, i think so - the standard charger is only a simple 12v dc converter (i'd guess at least normal car battery range ~10,8-14,4V should be fine), Battery management is inside the mighty...

Take My Money Dammit!
Just snagged an updated Mighty barely used for $200 shipped with box and all accessories :brow:

Been eyeing one of these for years now. Went ahead and got some dosing capsules to go with it since everyone seems to love them so much.
You’re my opposite. I snagged a used Crafty, Firefly 2, and Ghost MV1 but I bought my Mighty new :).

When I bought my Crafty the original owner had the dosing capsules and a magazine. I didn’t feel they worked well in the Crafty at all. I put them away, and forgot I had them. I got my Mighty and I actually forgot about the capsules, but thankfully this place reminded me before I got it. I only use the Mighty with the capsules. It’s really great to load a bunch up and leave them around my home. I take my Mighty (I do the same with my Ghost and it’s crucibles) and hang in all rooms without having to worry about getting up to refill.

is this thing on?
What's the fascination with having a stand?

I'm perfectly fine with it lying down when not in use.

I thought that too, than I tried it with a stand... can't go back now. :D It's a nicer handling of the machine all in all. It's a bit weird that it wasn't designed to stand upright. Any reason for that? Is it about the look?

There's someone here in the forum that replaces batteries in the Mighty.

He/She is pretty smart, because there is certainly a void in the battery replacement game for the Mighty. Mine is also due for a battery upgrade but I'm sketched out about just sending my Mighty in the mail to someone I don't know.... $300 is a lot of money for my broke ass.

Mine is all back together with two new batteries. Total cost $18. :)

Glad to know that everything went well. Enjoy
Are the two screws under the label confirmed?
Is the fit between the two covers at the top confirmed?
...just to know
Too bad there are no photos ...

eBay mighty came in and it's like new. Whoever owned it used dosing capsules exclusively as it looks like the bowl has never had anything in it at all.

That just happened...
Some pics of the successful surgery.

The key to getting it apart and back together without breaking it is the tabs on top. They enter into the top of the housing and not the front. So you spread the bottom of housing then shift the front upwards to release it. As long as you don't try to force anything it won't break.
