I just updated the Haze Square Shipping thread. Please note that we are expecting stainless steel bowls in this inventory as well. Currently, our team is adding this accessory to the website.

Our sample for the micro-dose pods should be here the following week. I will update when they are here and tested.

MAC version of the app is still being worked on as Apple demanded a bunch of changes and the developers are working on these. We are almost ready to resubmit and hopefully it will be available in Apple Store shortly.

Our team will start coding the Android version right after that.

We are also making a list of ideas from you all. Please keep them coming. I appreciate all members who emailed and PM'd us their ideas on future development, accessories and all.

P.S: We are following this forum very closely but we prefer not to interfere with discussions. If there is a common request for information, we will post it right away but for individual issues, learning curve related questions or in general, If you guys need anything, please reach out via PM and I will respond as fast as I can.

Thank you all for your support and love. We appreciate it.

I need to replace my hopper so unreliable. Will this be close as far as efficiency and I hope its at least more reliable from my experience with my hopper

Got my unit today but haven't used it just yet.

One thing that would be an improvement without even using the unit would be the mouthpiece fit. I wish it was a tighter fit. One way to make this connection more secure would be to make the airpath have a slot like the mouth piece holder so it could slide in, turn slightly and "lock" in

HOpe that description makes sense. Looking fwd to experimenting with this thing tonight.

One thing I noticed is how great and quality it feels in the hand. It's got a nice weight to it.

Oh god. I had a feeling they were watching the forum. They probably hate me haha with my rants of hating the device. But I love it now and have it dialed in for the record Haze. No complaints. Took me a week.
You have no idea how many customers went from one end of not liking the product at all to being fully in love with it after spending some time with the Square :) so NO. We appreciate you and every single one of you guys for genuine feedback, time and information you have shared.

Ah it’s why I pre ordered the device. I have a Dual V3. I know what you guys can do. Haven’t steered me wrong yet. Glad I bought. @Haze Vaporizers

Also everyone I’m still getting visible vapour at 365F 3 or 4 days on same bowl. Can’t rememeber. But I should cash it soon. It’s not tasting to good now lol. 4-6 hits a day.

Phaze 4 has been posted on the haze site, for any aspiring square owners.

They also are having a 15% off accessories sale for July 4th (always worth mentioning).

Any parts that you guys would recommend having spares of on the ready? Or particularly useful accessories?

Anyone recomend a particular case?
I ordered the silicon wrap to protect it from scrapes in my pocket. However I’m potentially in the market for somthing i could fit the square with wrap, and room for a usb-c herb tube, brush.

Honestly I don’t wish I ordered anything other than a spare battery for when that time comes and an extra coil. Other than that I can live with the stock set up. Also micro doss pods but those aren’t available yet.

Wow. They are onto a phase 4 eh for pre order. Wow.

I got an extra top lid and tray with pods so I have eight pods ready to go at any time!!! their haze organic solution for silicone is good too! Always have a extra mp, coils, and battery so if any goes out or breaks you can keep going.

Just finished my first two bowls and I'm really impressed with this unit. I'm glad it will fit all my needs.

Packed the bowl full and got vapor on every temperature level.

AsidE from the mouthpiece I mentioned a little while ago there are two obvious improvements I'd recommend to Haze since they're watching.

1. More battery level intervals to show how much juice we've got left.
2. Raised print on the temperature buttons.

I was even thinking lights for temperature settings. Last night I couldn’t find which was which. I was also super baked. But it’s not a necessity lol. I kinda would like the light to stay the colour that the temperature you are on instead of being blue. But then again that may get confusing or complicated if one temp setting is green. Then you don’t know when you’ve heated up. I’m assuming this was all thought off and shut down for the reasons I’m saying now haha

Haze is great like that. I figured they were watching but focusing on releasing phase 3. They are like a judge in a jury trial. Sit quietly unless something serious needs to be addressed. Sorry for the law analogy. Haha.

Hey all... I'm really tryin to keep the faith, heard so many good things about this company, but I've gotten no response from customer service after 3 emails over the course of the week. I'm starting to feel like I just sent my $200 vape into oblivion. Are they on vacation this week? Or is it normal for customer service to ignore emails about returns? Just trying to lower my anxiety here.

Have you tried a pm on forum? They are quick to answer here, also I know phase three just came in so they will be checking units and preparing for shipping phase three. They will get in touch with you, I understand your frustration try to hang in there!

Hi!

I’ve recently ordered phase 3. This will be my first convection vape (currently using Solo 2). I’ve read through a bunch of this thread (it is so long, it’s a bit of a blur!!) but am wondering if anyone has compiled a learning curve list of tips and tricks that is not buried in the 120+ pages here?

Looking forward to learning, but hoping to avoid frustration

Sounds like a job for @ginolicious he always has free time! .....lol....Just kidding! It really depends on your expectations and needs as well. Some people do single pres s while others do dbl, trpl press , some like high temps some like low.

So forum... How could we get this done?????

Haha kinda true. All my daytime posts I’m at work and don’t have the unit so I’m just going off what I did the night before. Sitting in court you get a lot of down time.

@Magistra well what you need to remember is the following:

This is a convention vape. You do not sip it like a conduction vape. One of the most important factors it’s your draw. You need to draw for about the full 10 seconds. It cannot be a soft draw. It needs to be a hard draw. You need to hear the air flowing through the intake valve. Think about this vape like hitting a bong. Yes I’m still using that reference. Press button. Let it heat up. Take draw. Release button and inhale for an extra 2-3 seconds can be quick or slow just to clear out the chamber like you would with a bong. It’s not too complicated when you get use to it. It’s like driving a manual car. Took me about 2 weeks to finally get 4 days of consistent draws. Just gotta pull hard with your mouth. Sometimes when I draw I’ll pull hard for 5 seconds and then lightly draw for 1-2 and then start pulling hard again. When I do that on a fresh bowl I usually get a crap ton of vapour at 365F. Last time I did it, I coughed hard twice in a row. As for packing you’ll want to do a very light tamp. Like barely anything. Just to even everything out. You will also need to fill the whole pod for best results. But it’s okay cause you don’t have to vape it all in one day. Like I’ve been saying I’ve had the 2 same bowls going for 4 days. I hope this helps. This is the most basic way I can explain to use this device. I think DJsleepy would agree. Earlier we all were complicated it. And never double button press. If you do, you deserve to be slapped. You’ll cause way more problems than good. I’m serious. Stay away.

My abv on one bowl of the 4 day session was almost perfectly even brown. Was amazing. Didn’t take pics. Tired of the imgur crap. I took a lot of time and effort making my precious posts. My second bowl, did not look as good. But since it was 4 days old tasted like crap.

@Vapin in the usa I was wondering the same thing. Maybe they want to do more testing and gather more customer feedback before releasing a final. Probably smarter that way anyway.
