tonight dinner will consist of a salmon flank (chicken for my girlfriend she hates fish), some zucchini/tomato/cheese dish she makes, and some fresh spinach with walnut/cranberry vinaigrette. Green tea to drink.
Then I shall get vaked.. and watch a movie! I'm excited.

Tonight I'm gettin vaked, havin a nice salad, then some homemad mac and cheese and tater tots. Comfort food that's so good to me... Then I'm gonna chill and watch friends...

A pleasing night :)

wowthisisrandom,
I had two philly cheese steak hotpockets, and a bowl of frosted flakes. I watched some episodes of Beavis and Butthead tonight while vaping with a good friend.

I slowed cooked some pork tenderloins today, steamed organic brussel sprouts and snow peas from our earthboxes. Was yummy and we'll have extra pulled pork for couple days. Oh and strawberries for desert...also from the earthboxes :D

Yea man that's what it's about taking the time to make yourself a meal you enjoy, and sitting down to enjoy a nice evening. I like that

Those brussel sprouts and snow peas sound delicious right from the earthboxes. I've been trying to get more into organic foods myself

Can I come over for dinner? I love brussels sprouts and slow cooked pork tenderloin. Are you using a slow cooker? I'll pass on the strawberries though.

Turkey bacon, almond milk, egg beaters. On a diet and trying to eat healthier. Food is my best friend/worst enemy.

My weakness is nearly any sweet, but only recently discovered the amazing thing that is coconut milk ice cream. Yeah, ice cream made from coconut milk.

If anyone remembers this specific chocolate mousse that Weight Watchers used to offer in the early/mid 90s? Tastes JUST like that. So incredible.

Went to Chipotle's last night. Never been there before. Kinda like a Mexican Subway, but man.............really, really good.

They also have the best designed restaurant site that I've ever seen. http://www.chipotle.com/

lwien,
Had a Wendy's bacon and blue burger, today. Mmmmm. Blue cheese on a burger, can't beat that. Now I'm off to go get vaped. Nothing like vaping on a full stomach, and getting to relax.

Did Chipotle's make you need new underwear like south-park suggests?
They don't have em in Indiana, at least not South Bend, but I sure would like to try. Since I will be in SF tomorrow and la the week after,.. I may just get my chance.

**Edit** I stand corrected, after checking their site,... there are 2 in my immediate area,.. guess I will be headed there tonight.... when the hell did they put those in!!?? I gotta get out more

Yeah Bruce. It's Mexican fast food, but tastes nothing like fast food. The Guac is some of the best that I have ever had. Everything there is made fresh right there daily in the restaurant, from the chips to the salsa. Nothing is prepacked. Highly recommended.

i love the Chipotle, it's organic, fresh and tasty. I recommend the bowl, it's the same thing as the burrito, minus the tortilla.

Yup. That's what I had last night.

Bruce, you can ask for a taste sample of the meats before you decide on which one you want. They're all marinated differently, so do the taste test. Yum !!!

About time we had a munchies thread, cannabis and food seem to be a pretty good pairing. I'm not the best chef but have some really good cooks in my family and enjoy learning. Homemade is where it's at! Even the failed experiments are usually pretty edible. :) Sometimes I take photos, good excuse to post some.

To me there's nothing like fresh, homemade bread. A staple that goes well with everything.

Potato Leek Soup with heavy cream and Stilton. So good.

I've grown to like less toppings on my pies.

Gotta go all out on the Caesar dressing; fresh everything. Ummm... mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Parmesan, olive oil, eggs, dry mustard, anchovy paste, salt, cracked pepper, LOTS of garlic, bacon and homemade croutons.
