If it's broken, no tricks are gonna fix it. Nor sweet spots be found. You'll hear from Epicvape. Doesn't the Hi take years to get?

Hi @GetLeft , it still works but it seems that it is hard to dial in a spot where I can keep the temperature hot and consistent. In the past I could draw slow at 6-7 on the dial and get vape that was productive and consistent. Now it is not as consistent. I am thinking I will have to put it at 7 for about 30 minutes then turn it up to 7.5 or 8 and take the draw, then turn it down to 7 again. Rinse repeat, etc.

As far as the HI goes, yeah it takes over a year to get. I contacted Alan I think about 4 months ago. I am on the list for an exotic I am thinking 2017 or 2018, but he said he was working on some bamboo units and I could possible get one from that lot. I sent him an email a few days ago when my nano starting acting up and he replied that mine was almost ready. In fact it shipped today. So if I can get the nano dialed in I should have two well respected and effective vapes this Monday :). I just want to get my nano out of the sick bay and back onto the bridge where it is needed. It has been my go to vape since I got it a few months ago.

FUCK!!!!

My enano is BROKEN!

Went to try to take a toke and it was cold. Notice the cord was loose so I plugged it in and had a shower... checked it again and still cold... plugged it in again and noticed the cord was looose... one of the prongs came off!!! Didn't take a spill or anything, don't know what happened but I'm pretty upset. How do I get the repair process going. They're socal right? Maybe it won't be too long :(

I forgot how much I enjoy the first toke out of a newly cleaned dry glass stem, its so smooth, the rips seems to pack more flavor and less harshness, def reduces coughing with a cleaner stem.

like i said, this is why you have a backup e-nano. Cherry is my DD. Maple for travel and backup. E-nano is too important to not have a backup =D

Unless you do have some other vape you like as a backup, clearly at least 2 e-nanos is the solution.

Not just the e-nano, any vape can fail. NEED an acceptable backup of some sort.

Andy takes care of everyone, but not at all instant necessarily.

Why do you think the problem has to be the cord? You've tried 3 different ones.....Sounds like something's wrong with the heater to me. Maybe a connection that gets weak when hot. I would send it in.

Yeah @unsorted, that is what I am thinking, that the heater core has some sort of issue. There is a failure though of the first cord as that one won't even warm the nano up. the second cord works but the heat is not consistent. The third cord I have not really tested it but used it for some fast medication at "10". I am going to be home this weekend so I will see what is up. It just seems to me that the cords should all be pretty close in use (i.e. between 6-7 for flower vaping). Second cord only really gets hot enough at 7, where first cord did that at 6. If I crank the second cord to 8 it is too hot. So 6-7 for first cord, does not correlate to 7-8 on second cord. Not linear at all. Very frustrating bro.

Email Carisa directly and skip the main email or PMs on this forum. I know that they have been slow to respond in the past but Carisa is fairly new and she has always gotten back to me within a business day. Her email is below.

Have some really sticky Banana Diesel Shatter I'm trying to utilize in my Enano but I'm afraid I'm making more of a mess than anything else! Any thoughts on how to handle this stuff to keep it from sticking to everything? Dripping it into a cotton ball by heating the utensil is what has worked best so far. Any better ideas? Freezer?

@Heat put a bed of cannabis under and make a cannabis shatter sandwich. Try it that way. The cannabis does a pretty good job of absorbing the shatter. Just keep adding cannabis. It will be spent before the shatter. You can take it out add more cannabis underneath and above.

If you use a bubbler or a j hook that way you can use the nano inverted.

I also like using the enano dry with a bubbler or an adjustable stem. The j hook is a nice addition . It fits several of my vaporizers.

I like mixing it with flower but you have to kind of break up the shatter into little pieces. Second best is a flower sandwich with shatter in the middle or on an organic bit of cotton.
Maybe frozen it will be easier to break up.

This stuff is like fresh pine sap or rubber cement. Sticks to everything and does not "shatter" but is clear and tasty! Cotton in the gong works I guess. Much prefer flowers though. King Louis and GG#4 in original herbal form need no learning curve!

P . Most recent cherry replacement is beautiful and going strong! Love this thing!

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
I am ripping some Berry Bomb through the nano right now. Great flavor.

Yesterday, after taking my usual evening session, I watched an episode of Bob Ross on Netflix. It took me back to my college days when we would get toasted and crash out watching him make those happy little trees.

The numbers are wearing off my cord dial. I think I need to mark the sweet spots with some nail polish or something.

I used to mark mine with white nail polish. What I do now is paint the whole thing with clear nail polish for a good solid clear coating. Once it is on, it's easy to scuff rough lines in the shiny finish for your marks. I use the epik to do this. A little more work, but a fingernail works too.

They say on the website to login and go to recent orders and start the RMA process that way. I just did that. If they hurry up and give me the address to send it to, I could have it back by Fri... but I'm not too worried about it.

I'm pretty sure I could unscrew the bottom and repair the thing w/ a soldering gun and a trip to JK Electronics, but might as well send it on a visit to it's birthplace.

So... I put the screen.. with the glass screen... and am suffering from the heavy draw resistance lol

I can't seem to find a skewer or anything to push or pull the screen out, any suggestions?

chopstick?

my tool of choice is a particular one out of my set of dental picks.
good for stirring and general scraping AND just barely long enough to push the screen thru (I actually have to pull it the last bit with the pick).

same one is good for dabs

Skewer best. Pull with tweezers may work. You could try to push with a toothpick pushed into an eraser on a pencil. Tricky, but maybe your best bet.
