Yeah I thought that might be a possiblity, except I wonder about the "Batteries manufactured outside China", I dont think they will be worth the extra $, and I'm better of buying 510's until I decide on a mod. I dont know if the Screwdriver takes 18650 batteries, but I'll be looking into that...

yeah, i'm the same, i did have a small drink bottle with a narrow hole that i could just screw the lid back on, but i changed it over for a container and lid so the metal has no chance of touching

This has really inspired me to read David Levy's book Comets. I was still going to sell it yesterday too, despite wanting to keep it and read it because i remember how nice Levy and Shoemaker were in the national geographic documentary. A review at amazon calling it a "love story in the sky"...

How's it going now, did you have to get it fixed? You should be getting vapour on the first stem, Is it still warm on the outside?

haha i thought you might have forgotten to do it on the second stem like me :ko: but i havent forgotton since the last few times, I've trained myself to watch for every crumb :D
