Hey! I purchased a haze less than a month ago and it seems I have the same problem you had. One of the chambers was blocked off and wouldn't switch open. This happened last night. This morning, both are blocked off! I live in Canada and I'm not sure where you are but would you be so kind as to let me know what Haze did to resolve the matter and what the process was like? Were you out of pocket for anything? Thanks!
