I would agree with there customer service, I had an O ring break after the first day. I emailed them directly about it and they sent me 2 in the mail, no questions asked! It's service like this that will keep me as a happy, loyal customer! Happy New Year!

I just got my "Holiday Special" to replace my 5 year old Woodez and love it. Warms up quicker and runs a bit warmer (could be my old one is warn out) but it's one sweet vape. I still love the efficiency of the log vapes over everything else out there! Thanks UD! PS. love the extension cord.

It's been a little over a year now that I got mine. Been plugged in almost 24/7 since without any problems. Defiantly one of the best things I've done in awhile. Just got a new tube from EdsTnT that is the coolest wood I've seen, great work! I still can't believe how efficient these log...

Well, I ordered a glass tube from Todd and just got it today, quick shipping. I like the way the longer tube hits, and cools down just a bit. Very thick glass. I need to test it more to see what else I like about them! ;)

I don't see glass tubes on the website or I would have probably ordered one already. I"m not complaining about the deal I received, it is what it was at the time, I just like the look of the longer glass tube :)

Is there anyway we can order just the glass tubes? When I purchased my WDZ a few months ago, we only got two 3" tubes (what the kit came with at the time). I would like to try one of the glass tubes. BTW, It's been plugged in 24/7 for almost 4 months now, daily usage and love everything...

Exactly! The only difference may be the wood. I'm also sure that not all models are made of the same unique wood that you see in pictures so they are more alike than you think.

I love mine! I don't see any difference (other than a logo) between any of these style vapes. Can you elaborate on what you think the difference is between them? Yes, different woods look different, but other than that.......... ?
