And where do you get this gold wire?

I did it myself, on a lathe, out of a chunck of high purity gold. I experimented with the thickness of the strands, and I would say you'd need a very thin wire. But as gold wire can easily be drawn, you might find a supplier somewhere. Fine gold strands are used in micro electronics.

Good luck, it is so so worth it. Beats everything I tried

It keeps 99.9999% of plant matter out if my glass, even with powder grinds.

Is that 99.9999% guaranteed? :p

As soon as I hear back from Andy I will have mine ordered.

Andy used to carry the "Elbow" screens for the EV2, wonder if he still has them laying around? You could ask him.

I like to place my screen in my Cloud buddy. Uses the cheaper round screens, keeps the EQ's metal screen rim from touching my bubbler's GonG, and has a bit easier flow than the finer EQ screens, but they may let in more debris. Plus only 1 of my 3 WPAs will fit an EQ/ELB screen, sucks.

They work great for having that "oh shit" moment when your screen starts to fall in too deep or flip over.

Yeah what happened to those screens? As well as the medical grade silicone tubing. I wanted to order both awhile ago and can't find em...

I have used the $28 D020 with the NANO.
Pretty sturdy?
Works well however I use a different set up's as well.
Whatever you like!

Is this the amount of water and flowers you put in when you vape? Right now I've been filling my d020 to just above the perc and I use a lot less flowers, seems like the top would be I'm contact with the heater and burn/combust?

Mmmmm nothing nicer than fresh cleaned glass. Time for full flavor!

Could you show a pic with this packed with flowers like you'd normally use it? Just wondering about where my basket screen should best be.

Not to mention he took a working vacation to Denver on 4/20....:rockon:Andy posted yesterday "All delayed Nano orders will be shipped by tomorrow. All new orders should ship within 48 hours." I have not had a return email from my request. I bet he is busy busy busy. I would rather he worked on making awesomeness than hang here with us anyhow! Keep up the great work!

Bummer, now that Andy finally put the new cord (longer/better stress relief) on the website, the adjust-a-bowl gongs are out of stock, so again have to wait to do my purchase:bang:

Edit: Anyone tried the Vapir No2 screens, I use them in my all glass gong and they work great (just cut of the tiny rim to fit in there), I'm just curious if they'll work in the adjust-a-bowl gongs/-stems as well:shrug:

You may want to check again... looks like they are in now.

Interesting side note though.... looks like site is adding CA sales tax to them. I played around with it and seems like sales tax only going to accessories, but not the nano. So not too bad, but I'm not too keen on any sales tax - especially to those of us not fortunate enough to live in Cali.

Can I just check, if filled up completely (up right near the heater), do the adjustabowl and adjustabowl stems fit more than the all glass, or pinch stem, equivalent? Or do they fit less? I've currently got the all-glass versions and I often like to fill them right up to the top. I'm still deciding whether to get them so can you all tell me the major advantages and disadvantages of the adjustabowl please?

P.s. I'm assuming the basket screens are preferable for the adjustabowls but is there a way of using normal flat screens (cut into the right size), would this sacrifice air flow a bit?

For stems, I think the only thing available now is the adjust-a-bowl. If you're interested in fitting as much in there as you can, the major advantage for you would be you can adjust the screen pretty low in the bowl to give more space. The older pinch stems and all glass screens weren't as uniform in size, so hard to say how this may compare to what you have now.

The same would be true for GonGs. But, think the all glass GonGs are still available. I like the adjust-a-bowl version better for ability to adjust load space/distance from heater and the fact that s/s screens are much finer so much less material passing through into my glass.

Also, quicker & easier to clean IMO. Pop the screen out, drop it and glass tube in ISO. Wait a few minutes and toothbrush the screen, q-tip the glass and you're pretty close to good as new and ready to go.

EDIT: Thanks @steama & @Caligula! All the advantages in one quick list. Forgot about that one.
