There is draw restriction though - I think that's something this thread has glossed over. I'm not saying that's good or bad - it could just as well be a design intent so that the nano produces thicker hits. After all, most people don't mind it on the solo, which is much more restricted. The draw on the solo has commonly been compared to milkshake, and using that analogy I'd say the nano is like thick pulpy orange juice.

If draw restriction doesn't bother you, then the nano is great. I love the form factor, I love how it feels in my hands, and I love that it's made out of wood.

I thought I would share that I made a mistake....I went to another website. I am sorry I won't do that again. Obviously no one likes the E-Nano because it has flow restrictions and AC scares them. I have never heard of anyone getting shocked or killed from their E-Nano. If the air flow is restricted maybe he should of cleaned his screen?...I won't make the mistake of straying again...I promise!

Strain is called Gringo, it is an Indica dominant hybrid superskunk from the UK (Sussex from what I hear). It is delicious!

Not to mention that some (ummm, a BIG BOY in the industry) LOOK like they are grounded with a 3rd prong ground plug, but once opened are not grounded at all. Pretty deceiving some manufacturers, even some that we all know and trust.

Yeah... I'm baffled on this one, too. Must admit I get some restriction when grind is too fine, but that's do to clogging the screen. Usually, I don't notice much restriction at all. Not as free flowing as if smoking through a wide open slide - but not too much more IME.

Then again, I gave up on grasscity years ago. Nothing against lwien (I enjoy his posts here on FC), but too much silliness and bullshit to sort through over there. Seems like on most things, half the people posting have never used (or even seen in real life) what they are postng about. IMO you're better off finding more threads to read here than even hitting that site.

I really don't know how much easier it should be expected to be. With a stem one should expect a bit of restriction far far less than a Solo, but still notably easy - yet, as is typical with a bubbler a vape opens up wide and fulfilling, where usually one must intentionally ease up on their near effortless draw in order not to surpass the heat.

With the logs, you get more of a restricted air flow. The Q has a very dirty air path as compared to the vapes that I mentioned above as the air is drawn in from under the vape and flows over the electronics before it hits the heating element. Also, you are still pulling vapor through a silicone whip which can impart a taste of it's own along with offering more surface area for condensation to take place which has a negative affect on efficiency.


Now I'm not saying that one wouldn't be totally satisfied with what you are recommending, but I think for vaporbonging, there are better options if ease of draw, taste and cleanliness of vapor is concerned.

I don't know if he has ever hit a E-Nano or not, but he has been a long time PD user which does have more restriction that today's logs. Maybe that was it?

Wasn't calling him out at all. I'd take his word most things based on his posts here. Have probably learned quite a bit from him. If nothing else, motivation to learn how to conserve.

Never tried a PD. I tried a UD a couple years ago and it felt pretty restricted - especially compared to the nano IIRC. Also, just used a solo for the first time in quite a while and it felt more restricted than ever because I'm so used to the nano now.

Thanks for the feedback on the airflow for the UD. I've been curious about getting a HI so i'm always looking at comparables. I'm actually surprised with our own Lwein's tone in that other forum. It suprises me that he states that the EQ has a "very dirty" air path and says that the Nano airflow isn't great for vape bonging? The Nano IS my favourite vape for vape bonging, moreso than the Cloud!

Going through some customer service issues still myself, my advice (take it with a grain of salt) woud be to email or PM Andy, because your post may not stand out and catch his eye. My issue still has not been resolved after 2 weeks of asking....Andy, I know you are busy...but please, if you have time to post on the forum, and post up new pics of Nano's, you should have time to service your customers.

So my glass stem arrived today (it was supposed to come with the vape originally, I emailed Andy and he said he would send one but I'd honestly forgotten about it!) with a free epik. Thanks guys at epicvape and thank you for the handwritten appology Nadia!

What temperature do you guys vape Kief at? I vaped at 6 and got huge clouds and amazing flavour (this is all dry) but the Kief looked barely vaped at all. So I cranked it up to 7 and got even more huge clouds and the colour slightly changed to a golden brown (texture like sun...). I was scared to turn it up anymore in case it just combusted, but I do wonder how high I could take it.

I vaped flower dry at a 6 and it looks barely vaped but it surely gets me sorted lol. I have found 8 to be the sweet spot with my bubbler.
