The Gridded Puck is like a huge gridded circ. I don't know if anyone remembers Sovereignty's Gridded Peyote perc but it is very similar. Roughly 13 slits with 4 grids per slit to make for a very smooth rip. I would say it is like the standard turbine but much smoother and for me, allows to exhale larger dragon clouds (I used the puck in my video).
The SwagCycler is the most visually impressive piece. I'm not sure what it is about recyclers but the seem to do a very good job diffusing without affecting the flavor profile. Visually, it is the most kick ass of the bunch.
We are still waiting for a few responses so that we can send off the remaining orders but for the Fanatic and trade ins and early birds that swapped, we are already slowly trickling those out and the first batch is already in transit to the post office.

How did you guys confirm your switch? I received an email from vapeindiegogo@gmail.com on Saturday asking me if I wanted to swap and replied within four minutes assuming I'd be one of the lucky fourteen but have yet to receive any response??

was hard decision altought it's the best and stunning piece for visual, one could just buy that, the IGG glass is special after all...

Right I have forwarded my request on to the support email address as I've heard nothing since the mail from Vapexhale on Saturday. Gosh this is irritating, I seem to lurch between impressedness with Vapexhales customer service to frustration with their delays and lack of communication. You'd think that it might be worth checking the inbox of the email address they sent the blooming question from!

@liscoe our IT Guy was in charge of the outgoing emails and we have a support guy handling the tickets as well. They are probably just reconciling emails and making sure that everyone is accounted for and that there isn't double messaging going on.

I just replied to an existing email conversation that was opened up when I confirmed my shipping address - now I'm feeling pucky
Got confirmation this morning of the switch
I was torn, I looked up the puck tube in the vxl site, to compare it to the early bird tube, and the puck just looks so Purdy...
Then I saw that the puck has a turbine in it, and I was sold
Still kinda torn since the early bird tube is more of a unique piece, but I'm thinking ill try to snag one in the classifieds at some point in the future or something...

I also wish they would not be selective with their answering of questions, some things I get no reply to at all and others are sporadically answered over the course of several days.

I ended up choosing the puck because there's a chance I can get a recycler hydratube (not the exact swag cycler, but something significantly similar) through a group buy deal with another member for significantly cheaper than what the puck/cycler cost currently.
That, and I was feelin pucky... Punk

Link? I like the idea of a recycler hydratube, by don't like the Swagcycler design. Too tip-happy for something so expensive and shatterable.
Even just moving more weight over the centre of gravity would help, although ideally it'd be some sort of incycler design with the funnel inside the main can (that'd be a lot more expensive than plumbing it externally, though, but harder to break or catch on something).

The water.
Water is returned to the bottom below the perc. It freshens the water, keeps vapor in contact with the water longer. Spins in a funnel as it cycles and creates a whirlpool which looks really sex.
