Oww crap i just noticed that the SR-74 was also released but i already ordered the other new tank, could i quite possibly pm you as well tomorrow and add one of those babys to my order?

Also i broke the top of my HISI that is very simmilar to the bender by any chance is the mouth piece part an 18mm?

Anyone compiling a list of rod/ohms.
I have two 3.7v black that are ~1ohm.
One 7.4 white @ ~1.5ohm
Anyone got ohms for the 3.7 blue or the 7.4 black?
Will the 7.4v 1.5ohm be totally phased out to the new lower watt white rod, is the SR74 black rod the same 1ohm black rod from the sr71?

There is no such thing as a 7.4v black rod. I calculated the SR-74 white rod resistance from Gs comment that it would be about 30W.

I hear ya but look at PV (planetvape.ca) thats why I was checking.

What can i do about the coil sliding up every time I use my Hercules. I really don't drag that hard. My coil is about 40-50% and I'm using some nice honey comb wax.

I notice people tend to go down to 30% on the coil, or until the rod is just poking out. Is the buffer full?

i had the same issue before shortening the coil.
what if there was a retaining ring of some kind to hold the coil down, how would it hold?

My coil is so saturated by now, it's not going anywhere.

Not sure how a retaining ring would work here, without changing airflow and making loading more difficult. With the sheer surface of the inside of the tank, where would it even hook? And how would it work with different coil heights?

All that said, if there's a way, G will find it. :)

maybe some sort of ring that fits snuggly around the ceramic rod? Thatd be a pain to remove once coated in oil though.

Cant you bend a coil handle to fit above the coil and touch the mp, remove to load, heat to clean, simple enough to try it out.

I put my 3.7v kiss cart down to rest for a couple days and went back to sr-71 with white rod, 30% coil, and I can really appreciate the sr-71. Wow, I was really impressed with how effective this device is and well it delivers the medicine.
Taste is phenomenal with the herc and it is just so easy to pick up, hit the button, and start seeing impressive flavorful vapor as long as you have a well oiled coil. I can get a larger amount and some pretty dense hits with the herc than I do with the kiss.
With the kiss cart I am able to get a large amount of hits as long as I keep reloading it with dab sized amounts. Which is why I've come to use the kiss cart more as a dabber and I am able to sample a variety of different flavors with it. One small bb size will get you 1 to three nice and dense hits depending on size of hit you are taking.

When cool, preheat the Hercules for a few seconds before pulling then start to pull slowly. Keep pulling slowly until airflow increases. Then hit as normal. Problem solved.

If this is happening when hot then youre probably pulling too hard. You have to adjust suction to match pull resistance.

so in replies to the new 74 set up and the springs collapsing after 5 amps I am thinking when I do herbs in my 71 I really got to get the heat going is there a specific way to do this am I going to damage/unwarranty anything holding button down past the 6sec or what ever is recommended. Im still confused about new 74 setup I guess
