I have another question about the Indiegogo campaign that I don't think has been asked before. I jumped in with a $250 contribution to lock in my Nimbus but with the extended campaign could probably pull together another $250 soon. Is it allowed to contribute $250 more to get to the $500 level to get the limited edition hydratube? I went through the steps to do it and could not figure out how or if it is even possible. I think when you show the limited edition hydratubes you will get people interested in doing exactly what I am asking. I don't want to buy another $250 package because I only have 1 cloud for the program. At the same time it could become a logistical nightmare if you have all 59 of the current $250 levels all wanting to do the same thing and you have to manage that. I thought I would ask the question here first :)

John, SM said trying to combine perks will be a tracking nightmare . . .

Edit: I stand corrected. No prob combining perks :)

Don't worry about it, if people are kind enough to contribute, we will do the tracking :)

Much love to Zeeg for this awesome infographic! Let's get the portable off the ground!

When we cross $55K, I'll show a video of one of the new HydraTubes in action... Let's share this campaign link so I can show you guys this awesome piece of glass!

Good to know. I have a feeling when you start showing hydratubes there will be people who want to do this. How do you recommend people to do it? You could buy another Nimbus trade in or you could just do the Honorable mention and do $250 as the perk. You don't have to reply right away. Knowing this is likely to happen I would think about what is the easiest way for VXH to track. Another option is to add a $250 limited edition hydratube option which still works out to the same $500. Who knows, you might get a lot more interest but I don't know if that is a good deal for you or not.

I was in the same boat and also scoured the Indiego site to see if it is possible, so thanks for bringing this up. Been thinking about it since I did $350 a while back and might end up wanting a HT. I also wonder if another perk level for just an HT or LE HT would be useful for this scenario.

I could imagine you could talk to them directly and then just do a contribution that would put you at the level you would want. In toros23's case a base donation of $150 to give you the $500 total for the combo. I don't see the need to create a ton of perk levels for individuals. Would confuse people new to the starter.

You could do that but I would rather VXH think about the best way they would want this managed and then come up with a recommendation for everyone. It would be hard enough to manage without everyone doing it exactly the same way.

I just spoke with VaporRing. Because Indigogo does not directly integrate with our order management system. We are going to do a manual fine comb and organize the data ourselves.

We will notice multiple payments and contact the founder to confirm if our assumption is correct and what they intended the total sum of there funds to be applied to.

This entire process will be completed within 2 weeks after the Indegogo Campaign has completed.

Note: You can make a contribution of any value. Outside the preset perk payment amounts.

Something else that may be really cool is just a perk for a new hydratube only.

So if there are 3 or so new hydratubes that are going to cost $250 each retail, a $150 perk to choose 1 of the 3 would be fun. Maybe that could get more campaign dollars because a lot of people like variety. Some people might want more than one to stack (if it has an upper GonG), or a different diffusion experience than just one tube, etc.

There would be no "cheaters" at the $350 level avoiding the $500 "Nimbus Early Bird" by adding a $150 hydratube perk because that would amount to $500 total, and at that point you might as well get the "Nimbus Early Bird" with the limited edition hydratube.

show hydratubes you will get more people to contribute.
I agree. The sooner they whip out the new tubes for everyone to see, the better --- more interest and lust for buying a perk package. Who knows how far they are in the development with that though.

Hey guys, I've been noticing that my Cloud's joint is definitely not straight. I have posted pics before of it, but I can get more if needed. For some reason I really noticed it today, however the bottom of the bamboo looks completely straight. I definitely do not want to mess with it, as it has been working fine. I'm just wondering if I should be more concerned about it then I already am, and if there is anything I should do. I only use my Evolver HydraTree with it.

Thanks everyone.

if I were you I wouldn't worry to much about it JMHO. If you look at the prices of just the custom HT's alone I think the $500 is well worth it.

Just for reference, I have two clouds (one ticker and cloud+) and neither of the joints are slanted. I don't know if it's something to be worried about since it's been functioning properly for several months BUT I would definitely proceed with caution. Was it like this since day one?

And to mma and 11eleven11, I agree and disagree with your points. SM is trying to create urgency in the campaign by revealing the HT's at 55k instead of just doing it now. I think a great idea is to reveal one instead of all of them (simplest HT, if there is one). This way you satisfy the consumers with a teaser and still create urgency because not all of the HT's were revealed. Of course, once 55k is reached, bust out all the glass porn! Consumers are satisfied and business plan is still in tact.

Well I'm in the same exact boat. Gong is very crooked, bottom is straight. That's actually how I received it (posted a pic some 200 pages back). I've adjusted how much the bottom sticks out once in a while with a slight push but have not messed with the top or any other part just out of paranoia I'll break something. It definitely has not affected heavy daily use for me thusfar.

Thanks man, yeah mine has been like this since I got it too, now I feel a bit better :-). I'm not gonna mess with it either, as I have that same paranoia, LOL.

Edit: Yeah mine looks the same.

I have been loading them very small because I am enjoying using it so much. I can't accurately quantify, but I can give you an idea. I have a two piece shredder, so it's a fine shred and I just scoop a little in. If I had to guess I'd say between 1/4 to 1/3 of an ELB unpacked. I only have one ELB so I actually have to do very minor cleaning between ELBs. I found that I had been neglecting the cap itself which I think was decreasing airflow. I am feeling very little draw resistance now.

I had been stirring the ELB between every hit or two and been putting the ABV in to my container based on color. I had liked the extraction, but based on your question I decided to let this one ride out until I practically had no visible vapor and I was selling myself a bit short. Even when the ABV was darker looking, relative to my experience, it still extracted a good amount of vapor for several hits. You can tell it's working when I am ranting. I love this thing so far and can't wait to save up some funds and contribute to the rebirth of VapeXhale.

Edit:

I quoted the parts that I wasn't doing. I will give this a try, but I can't imagine this thing getting any better than it is! :p That is why I love this place though, you get the advice from pros.
How much gram wise ?

How much gram wise ?
It really depends on how much you want to stuff in there. I find that between .1-.2 gives the densest vapor in 1-2 massive hits which is the way I like to medicate, I am not a sipper. If you load more than that it will extend your session. Right around .1-.15 is my sweet spot for flavor, density, and effect, repeat as necessary. Of course ymmv, this was the first hit off a .1 dose, I pretty much use the 2nd inhalation (not shown) to make sure there is no wastage and to make ELB cleaning easier.

What's your source for them being revealed at the $55k mark? Was it posted on indiegogo somewhere or something? Well if so, then that's cool because it's only like $2k away from that.

edit --- yep, says $55k in the indiegogo comments. A video of 1 of the new hydratubes anyway.
