First one is right second it wrong, those both need to be male ends. It'll work fine just popping an 18 to 14 m to m in as we'll just a little to wiggly for my liking. That's when I came up with the idea for sandwiching the low pro under the cap.

Just a nice quiet friday night, kids are spending the night at friends and the wife went to bed early. (INSERT GIANT SIGH OF RELIEF HERE)

see the gap under my cap??? That's because the low pro is sandwiched in there and the cap only screws on a couple threads when u do this but, it's so much more rigid and sturdy feeling.

Sorry mods I realize this is a b2b post. Feel free to merge.

Okay I had it right the second time around, the third pic in my (edited) post.

Again why would you sell it? I am a longtime SSV user so I am confident in the LSV's vaping ability (that can't be it).

I personally love it for home use but the wife doesn't. So my search for the perfect vape for the both of us continues. Plus I'm gonna need the extra scratch if the ascent ever comes to fruition! Lol

Edit: and yes the 3rd pic is the one! Pop a screen down in that Maria and ur good to go.

I just had a brainstorm(fart?). Instead of the Pinnacle HT I could send it back and get the small Vaporblunt 2.0 HT, which has an 18mm opening. Then I should only need a single 18mm m/m adapter right?

Here's a couple, could I use the shorter or would the the longer one fit better?

edit: One thing that is troubling me, why are we using these adapters instead of the short waterpipe adapters from 7th Floor?

Plus if I decide to add the cordless option the Vaporblunt 2.0 appeals to me more than the Pinnacle.

Whaddaya think?

Shorter one will work better cause your herb will be closer to the heating element. Price how much that vb tube will cost you then send me a pm I've got something ill prolly be able to do u better on and it's 18mm also.

Dang you've got a lot of stuff

The way I'm going though I'm not far behind

I've already got a couple of extra units, my first SSV (liked it so much I bought another, but with the LSV coming in it can go) and an original HerbalAire that I never quite took to. Plus I may pass the PAX on as well, it's cool and everything but it mostly pisses me off. So it looks like I need to sell a few things myself!

Oh yeah and my first vape, that stupid globe thing with the hot plate :cuss:

Anyways I appreciate the offer, but I already impulsively made an offer for the VB 2.0 deluxe package, from the same guy I purchased the Pinnacle HT from. He's evidently an authorized dealer, and has a good return policy. If he declines or counters though, I will definitely send you that PM.

The 7th floor adapters are great for regular water pipes, but not so great (IMO) for hydratube style pieces where the inlet faces the ground.
:2c:

Edit:
I use my stock shorty WPA with every piece I own except my hydratube, where I use a 18m-18m adapter.

Thanks for weighing in guys. I have the LSV coming in as well as the VB 2.0 deluxe ht kit and an 18mm m/m extension, along with a fatty transfer wand and a new downstem for my old bong from 7th floor. So I will have a lot of fun new stuff to play with, on and off the electrical grid, exciting times! Which is pretty cool because I am in a rural location with frequent power outages and my PAX just doesn't cut it at home.

You Must Unlearn, What You Have Learned...
Just picked up an lsv from wickiepipe for 152.99 and a 14mm wpa from vapornation for 22.24 so 175.23 for a brand new lsv and wpa, good deal? Will I live to regret? I love vape bonging and had an ssv, currently own a solo and VG coil. Now back to 7th floor with this beast!

I just talked to them yesterday and they said the LSV was backordered, like the Vapure that I had paid for. I checked their pages for both and they indicate this, but it's not obvious and they still let you check out/pay for it.

So that's why I had to call them, to get the refund initiated which was not a problem. But I would have changed my order to an LSV if they had any when we spoke.

So, after much experimentation the ELB does work admirably but it's far too much for my usual medicinal needs. It's awesome for parties, my buddy was milking his 750ml Roor with ease. I'm a one and done vapourist, no stirring, definitely no turning the heat up for another run.

After weighing a full ELB it holds .15g of material where as the Arizer top hat or even the Solo I would only normally pack to .06g maybe .08g. However I've managed to get a satisfactory hit from as little as .02g. My herb simply lasts forever now.

The reason for going towards this route is there is far less cleaning involved. When using the stock or even simply putting a screen in the middle of an M/M adapter there is lots of direct contact with herb to glass, this causes reclaim and resin to build up quickly and after a couple of stirs it will contain lot's of plant matter. Before long it will look like a SSV wand. Icky.
Now i'm not going to lie I am a lazy stoner, my pieces don't get cleaned often. But by simply using a basket and cutting out the glass contact all my pieces reclaim is pure golden condensed vapour. Perfect for edibles. Or dabbing but it's a bit nutty for my tastes.

I can see clearly now the smoke is gone...

You will have no regrets and the wait will be worth it. I paid 185$ delivered for mine with no wpa.

Can you point me to the post# that describes that process so I don't have to comb thru the whole thread please?

I had a bit of an LSV working bee yesterday :)

1st off, I had to remove the Heater cover from my silver LSV, which was crazy snug for some reason. (it had been stuck on there for months)

My tip of the day for removing a stuck heater cover:
Always grip at the base of the glass, and if it's really stuck, try turning it 1/4 to 1/2 a turn.
It might be a bit hard to get it to rotate at first, but eventually, you should notice there's a small range where it's not as tight a fit.
This could also work if you've got a slightly loose heater cover, but not loose enough for another shim, try a little bit of a turn

Then I had to repair my Power cord.
I posted pics a while back of a mod I did, giving me a removable power cord for my silver LSV.
Eventually that cord wore out a bit, and I didn't trust it anymore, so I took the connectors off, and just had the exposed wire sticking out of the LSV. (Obviously not using it in that condition)

I stripped back a small bit of the wires, twisted them together, and put some heat shrink around each of the 3 wires.
I also put a larger piece of heat shrink around all of them to make it a bit sturdier.

The wires seem pretty solidly connected, and the heat shrink won't allow much tension to get to the connections, but I'm thinking I might be better off opening it back up, taking off the heat shrink and soldering those wires together?

Anyways, I now have my good heater cover on the black LSV, and my silver LSV is operational again (albeit without a good heater cover).

Good times :science:

I'm very sad. I bought a LSV in the Vapornation website, it took around 20 days to arrive (I'm in Brazil).

I was very excited about to try this. It looked great. I searched for more than 3 times for any kind of information about the voltage, and I couldn't find any information, neither in the manual, or in any kind of label or print on the product. There is definately NO information about the voltage in the product at all.

Then I assumed "IT MUST BE BIVOLT"... AND IT WASN'T! it was 110v, and I'm at 220v!

Plugged it on, used for 3 minutes and the HEATER FRIED. It doesn't work anymore. Neither the website where I bought it had any kind of information about the voltage (www.vapornation.com/life-saber-vaporizer.html), I could only choose the type of power cord plug I wanted on it. NO VOLTAGE INFORMATION, AGAIN.

I SPENT $180 ON THE PRODUCT PLUS $220 OF IMPORTATION TAXES, TOTAL OF $400 (Yes, Brazil taxes are VERY high, up to 150% of the product+shipping) . I have proof of payment of everything, includind the taxes. I tried contacting 7th floor and being honest, and they want me to pay round trip shipping plus the price of the replacement elements. THEY WOULD CHARGE ME THE IMPORTATION TAXES AGAIN (I KNOW MY COUNTRY DUTY PROCESSES, I ALREADY DID IT with other product and they charged me)

I want a BRAND NEW product, for free. That's what I want. I have no guilty if they DIDN'T PUT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE VOLTAGE in ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT OR IN THE MANUAL. I can make videos and pictures to proof this, if you want.

OMG. The taxes are more than the price of the product. That's insane.

If I were you, I'd contact VaporNation though. They're the ones that should make good on this being that they didn't show the various voltage options on their site that are shown on 7th Floors site.

I tried, i'm waiting for a reply.. We never know how much they'll charge on the taxes. The charge how much they want, and if you don't pay, you dont get it. I paid and I was so excited to try this. I really loved it while it worked (3 minutes).

by the law, it is 80% of product plus shipping. But sometimes they think the declared price is "fake", just by looking how it looks on the xray and they charge how much they want. and this time i got screwed...........
