Hello FC
I recently broke my Evolver HydraCirc HT and am not feeling well. I'm about to send in my first piece to Sam of GBG and his holy company since it's a simple broken elbow and I hope it can be fixed. I'm generally a careful person but I live in a tiny room in a tiny apartment so accidents are too frequent for my taste. I'll be moving into another place soon but I feel like I should design a container to store my glass when not in use (preventive measures!).
I plan on using wood as an exterior and creating a chest/box. I can easily make this, but I don't know a bloody thing about how to fill and protect the glass on the inside.
Is there a specific foam material anyone recommends?
Neoprene matting on the bottom perhaps?
Partition pieces off from one another by wooden dividers?
Thank you all for your time. I'm somewhat embarrassed to ask this but my line of work is not often involved in shock protection of delicate objects.

Also, does anyone recommend a certain way of packing a glass piece for shipping?
MODS
Please move to whatever section you deem proper if glass isn't the right place.
